To delete only your Streamlabs account, sign in at Streamlabs.com, open Account Settings > General, select the deletion link on that page, then follow the instructions in the verification email. Deleting the Streamlabs account, requesting deletion of all Logitech data, and disconnecting a streaming platform are separate actions.
Delete only your Streamlabs account
- Sign in to Streamlabs.com using the streaming-service account associated with Streamlabs.
- Open Account Settings and select the General tab.
- Select the account-deletion link in the paragraph displayed there.
- Check the email address associated with the streaming-service account you used to sign in. Streamlabs says its verification email should arrive within a few minutes.
- Open that email and follow its instructions to complete the deletion request. Receiving the email is not confirmation that deletion is already complete; you must follow the instructions, and Streamlabs does not specify a completion-time guarantee in its account-deletion guidance.

If you cannot sign in
Streamlabs says it can handle a manual account-deletion request if you cannot log in or access the account. Submit a support ticket through the Streamlabs support form and provide the details it requests so the team can locate the account:

- Your user or channel name. For YouTube, provide the Channel ID.
- The streaming service associated with the account, such as Twitch, Facebook, or YouTube.
- The email address associated with the account.
- Your country of residence.
The form asks for the correct username to help identify your account. If you use Twitch or Google social sign-in, Streamlabs says password recovery must be handled through that service; a Streamlabs password-reset email is not available for those social sign-ins. See its account settings guide.

Check billing separately before deleting
Streamlabs’ account-deletion guidance does not say whether deleting an account cancels a Pro or Ultra subscription or stops billing. If you have a paid plan, confirm cancellation separately through Streamlabs’ current billing process or support before assuming the account-deletion request ends charges.
