In desktop Chrome, you can delete the stored site data for one website without clearing it for every website. The documented method removes data for the whole site; it does not provide a way to pick one cookie by name and keep that site’s other data. On Android, Chrome offers a separate site-level option from the page information menu.

This removes stored data for the selected website, rather than one individually named cookie. If your Chrome menu labels differ, open Settings and search for “site data and permissions.” Google’s desktop Chrome cookie instructions describe this site-level workflow.

What happens when you delete a site’s data?
Google cautions that deleting cookies may sign you out of sites that remember you, and saved preferences may also be deleted. The site may therefore behave as if you are visiting it for the first time.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsSite data is broader than cookies: Chrome’s browsing-data guide also describes storage such as Web Storage and Indexed Database data. Saved passwords are listed as a separate category, so deleting a site’s cookies does not by itself mean deleting saved passwords. See Google’s guide to deleting browsing data in desktop Chrome.

What if you use Chrome on iPhone or iPad?
The desktop steps above are not a verified iPhone or iPad procedure. Google’s documented material for this guide does not establish an equivalent single-site deletion route for iOS, so check current Chrome iOS help rather than assuming the desktop menus apply.
