Appearance change or Race Change?
| Route | What it changes | Use it when |
|---|---|---|
| Barber Shop | Appearance options available to your character, including race- and class-specific choices | You want a different look while keeping the character’s race |
| Race Change | The character’s race, followed by an opportunity to choose a new appearance | You specifically want the character to be another race |
Race Change is a separate game service, not a prerequisite for ordinary appearance edits. Blizzard says selecting a new appearance is part of the service’s final step. Check the current in-game or Battle.net shop for its present terms and eligibility; Blizzard’s announcement establishes the service’s role but does not provide current purchase details.

For a Druid form or a Dracthyr form, look for that form’s appearance choices within the customization interface rather than expecting them to be a separate race-change function.
-
If your goal is a new race rather than another appearance for the existing race, review Race Change in the current shop.
Blizzard’s official materials describe examples and feature availability, not a complete current list of every option for every race. They also do not establish a current universal Barber Shop price or provide an exhaustive list of locations.
