How to Create and Refine Images in Hostinger AI Builder

Write clearer image prompts in Hostinger AI Builder manual mode with a specific subject, useful visual details, and an iterative generate-and-refine workflow.

For better results in Hostinger AI Builder’s manual mode, describe the subject precisely, then add useful setting, color, lighting, and mood details. Choose a style, generate one image, and refine the description if the result misses your intent.

Build a prompt from the details that matter

A practical prompt pattern is subject + setting or context + colors or lighting + mood or style. Start with what should appear in the image, then add only the visual details that help define the result.

For example: “A ceramic coffee mug on a wooden café table, morning window light, warm neutral colors, calm editorial mood.” This is an illustrative prompt, not a tested formula or a guarantee of a particular image.

Describe the subject specifically

Name the object, scene, or subject clearly and include distinguishing details where they matter. Hostinger’s support guidance says, “The more precise your subject description, the less room there is for AI interpretation.”

Add relevant visual context

Include details such as colors and lighting, plus a mood or context that fits the image. Hostinger’s examples include terms such as “joyful” and “sci-fi.” Avoid piling on unrelated descriptors: each detail should help communicate what you want the image to look or feel like.

Generate an image and refine the prompt

  1. In manual mode, open the section settings or image-element settings where you want the image.
  2. Click Generate image.
  3. Describe the visual you want and select a style.
  4. Generate the image, then review whether it fits your intended subject and mood.
  5. If it does not, edit the description and generate again. Try changing or adding keywords to explore a different direction.
  6. When you want to use the result, click Use this image. Hostinger says generated images are also accessible from the media library.

Hostinger documents one image per request. It also notes that repeating the same prompt may produce similar results, so revise the description when the first result is not right rather than assuming a repeated request will provide a meaningfully different option.

Know which prompts the guidance says it will not generate

Hostinger’s manual-mode guidelines say the generator will not produce images from prompts containing:

  • Inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
  • Requests for personal information
  • Illegal activities
  • Hate speech or discriminatory language
  • Violence, harm, or dangerous activities
  • Sensitive keywords including “child,” “children,” “kid(s),” and “young teenagers”

These are the categories listed in Hostinger’s guidance for this generator; they should not be treated as a complete policy for other image-generation tools.

Use another image source when that suits the page

AI generation is one way to add a visual in manual mode, not a requirement. Hostinger’s image-element instructions also describe using an image from the media library, browsing free images, or uploading a file. Choose the source that fits the image you need.
