You can keep Hindi NCERT revision lessons available around the clock by preparing original or properly licensed videos, connecting a looping playlist to YouTube Live through an encoder, and planning separately for interruptions and replay. Before you start, check the rights for every item you show: educational use does not automatically permit rebroadcasting textbook pages, figures, answer keys, music, or other creators’ videos. Also, don’t assume a single continuous 24-hour broadcast will be archived.
Choose a format that works for viewers arriving at any hour
First decide whether “24/7” means a prerecorded program available continuously or a teacher actively teaching live. Those are different promises. If you are looping recorded lessons, say so in the title or description; do not imply that a teacher is live or available to answer questions when no one is there.

Pick a format
- Recorded chapter reviews: Original Hindi explanations organized by class, subject, and chapter.
- A live revision desk: A teacher presents through a camera or other video input and supervises the session.
- A looping lesson playlist: Previously recorded lessons play in a planned order, with clear transitions between topics.
For a revision stream, make the current class, subject, chapter, and session easy to identify on screen. Add a Hindi playlist guide or schedule so viewers can find the right lesson even if they join midway. These are useful editorial choices, not YouTube requirements.

Make your own Hindi explanations, diagrams, and worked problems where possible. For every third-party item—including textbook scans, figures, answer keys, music, or video—check the specific work’s rights notice and whether its license permits your planned display, reuse, adaptation, and any monetization. A file being available online, or the stream being educational, is not by itself permission to rebroadcast it.
#1 Best Overall
CIET-NCERT’s DIKSHA page describes NCERT textbooks as CC BY-NC-ND and DIKSHA resources as CC BY-NC-SA. Treat that as a category-level description, not blanket clearance: inspect the individual item’s metadata and license. DIKSHA lists other license families too, including CC BY, CC BY-SA, CC BY-NC, CC BY-ND variants, and YouTube License; their conditions differ. If a proposed use is not clearly allowed, seek permission or leave the material out.
Keep a rights record
For each externally sourced asset, record the source URL, author or rights holder, year, applicable license or permission, required attribution, territorial or use restrictions, and who checked it. DIKSHA’s Terms of Use make contributors responsible for authorization and accurate authorship, year, attribution, source, and license information. Follow the conditions attached to each item.

Even a license may not prevent an interruption: YouTube scans live streams for third-party content, and a rights holder may need to allowlist your channel through Content ID. YouTube Help’s “Copyright issues with live streams” explains that a match can replace the stream with a placeholder and trigger a warning; if the matched material continues, YouTube may interrupt or terminate the stream. Keep proof of permission available and ask the rights holder about allowlisting where relevant.
Check your channel and choose a streaming setup
YouTube Help’s “Get started with live streaming,” accessed 2026-10-03, says a channel must be verified, the streamer must be at least 16, and the channel must not have had a live-streaming restriction in the previous 90 days. Check eligibility in YouTube Studio before planning a launch. YouTube’s encoder guide says first-time live activation may take up to 24 hours, so enable it well ahead of the date you intend to start.

Choose a delivery method for the job
- Local software encoder: A sensible fit if you have a computer to operate or supervise. Account for local power and internet dependence, playlist and loop controls, restart behavior, and the time someone must spend monitoring it.
- Cloud playout service: Consider this for a prerecorded playlist that should not depend on a dedicated computer at home. Check the provider’s restart policy, playlist and scheduling features, file limits, access controls, monitoring, support, regional availability, and recurring cost. “Cloud” alone is not a guarantee of uninterrupted service.
- Hardware encoder: Consider it when a staffed production has dedicated inputs or other broadcast infrastructure. Compare the input needs, remote monitoring, maintenance, cost, and operator skills against the actual production.
- Separate scheduled sessions: Prefer this when chapter discovery and replay matter more than one persistent watch page. Plan the session length, reminders, playlists, and moderation coverage.
YouTube’s encoder documentation covers software, cloud, and hardware encoder workflows and scheduled streams; its verified encoder list is a directory, not an endorsement or guarantee of a provider’s performance. For a live teacher-led session, a webcam or other video input may suit the workflow. An external microphone is optional for original Hindi narration, not a prerequisite, and YouTube does not require a dedicated hardware encoder.
Prepare lessons, stream details, and the playlist
- Create or clear the video files. Check that Hindi text and glyphs render correctly and that on-screen text and diagrams remain legible on a phone. Use content you created or have cleared for the intended use.
- Organize the order. Group lessons by class, subject, chapter, and session. Add chapter cards or transitions, and decide how the playlist will resume or restart after an interruption.
- Write the viewer-facing details. Prepare a concise title, thumbnail, and description that identify the class and syllabus. State whether the program is teacher-hosted live or a loop of prerecorded lessons; don’t promise interaction that will not be staffed.
- Provide a correction route. Give viewers a way to report an inaccurate explanation and designate someone responsible for reviewing reports, monitoring the stream, and responding to failures or rights notices.
Connect the encoder to YouTube Live
YouTube Studio’s current documented path is Create → Go Live, which opens Live Control Room. The encoder converts its audio and video input into a digital stream for YouTube; it can also support screen sharing and production overlays.
Rank #4
- Open Live Control Room. Create a stream or schedule one if you want viewers to find it and receive reminders ahead of time.
- Copy the connection details. Copy the YouTube stream URL or server and stream key shown for that stream into the matching encoder fields. Keep the key private. If you suspect it was exposed, rotate it in YouTube Studio and update the encoder.
- Set the source and output. Select the intended lesson, playlist, camera, or screen source. Match the output resolution and frame rate to the source and the current encoder guidance shown in YouTube Studio; do not upscale a low-resolution lesson just to claim a higher quality. Check the encoder’s current video, audio, and keyframe recommendations rather than relying on stale numbers from another setup.
- Check the preview before going live. Confirm the right stream is selected, the video is visible, Hindi text is readable, narration is audible, and the stream title and description are accurate. Start the encoder and verify the Live Control Room preview before making the broadcast public.
- Rehearse privately or unlisted first. Check audio levels, image clarity, chapter transitions, captions or on-screen text, the playlist loop boundary, chat moderation, and the procedure for restarting after a failure. This is a prudent production check, not a YouTube mandate.
Plan continuity, moderation, and replay separately
A 24/7 program is an operations responsibility, not a one-time upload. Test the actual setup for the longest run you intend to use. Decide who will notice a stopped encoder, restore the playlist, handle a rights notice, and tell viewers about a gap. YouTube’s encoder documentation describes connecting and scheduling a stream; it does not promise unattended 24/7 uptime.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsDo not rely on one long broadcast for replay
YouTube Help’s “Create a YouTube live stream with an encoder,” accessed 2026-10-03, says streams under 12 hours are automatically archived. That guidance does not establish that an uninterrupted stream longer than 12 hours will be archived. If viewers need replay, publish individual recordings or schedule sessions shorter than 12 hours, then check the resulting archive in Studio.

Staff and moderate the stream
Set chat moderation appropriate for a school audience and arrange coverage when the stream is unattended. YouTube’s live-stream guidance says live content must comply with its Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. The same guidance documents limits of 10 active streams per channel and 3 per stream key; a single revision channel will ordinarily need far fewer.
Or let it run in the cloud
StreamNeo is the #1 fit to consider for a prerecorded YouTube revision loop: it runs from the cloud, supports any uploaded quality up to 4K 60fps at one flat price per slot, and the first day is free. Upload your recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, and go live. Your computer can be off; StreamNeo loops the uploaded videos and automatically recovers if YouTube drops the stream. It is for YouTube streams of uploaded videos, not live camera teaching.
Each slot includes one always-on stream, 10 GB storage per slot pooled across active slots, 24/7 looping and playlists, automatic recovery if YouTube drops the stream, and support from the StreamNeo team. The same product is included on every plan; only the billing length changes. The first day is free with no card, and UPI and cards are available in India. Monthly is $9.99 per month.

Before launch: a practical checklist
- Confirm channel verification, live eligibility, and activation well before launch.
- Label the program honestly as live-hosted or prerecorded, and organize it so viewers can identify each lesson.
- Clear every third-party asset individually and keep its attribution and permission details.
- Protect the stream key; rehearse preview, sound, transitions, moderation, and recovery.
- Assign an operator or monitoring plan, and schedule separate shorter sessions if replay matters.
