To connect to Marriott guest Wi-Fi, select the hotel’s guest network, then complete the sign-in page that appears. If it does not open automatically, visit www.marriottwifi.com in a browser. Network names and login details vary by property, so check with the front desk if the network or sign-in prompt does not match your stay.
Connect to the hotel’s guest Wi-Fi
- Find the right network. Open Wi-Fi settings on your phone, tablet, or computer. Marriott examples include MarriottBonvoy, MarriottBonvoy_Guest, and brand_Guest, but the name can differ by property. If you do not see a network you recognize, ask the front desk to confirm the correct network name.
- Select the network. On some phones, tablets, and Mac computers, the sign-in page opens automatically within a few seconds. If it does not, open a browser and go to www.marriottwifi.com.
- Complete the property’s sign-in page. Follow the prompts shown there. Marriott says guests may be asked for their room number and surname, but authentication fields are not the same at every property. If the page asks for an unfamiliar access code or the name does not match your reservation, check the property’s instructions or contact the front desk.
If the Marriott Wi-Fi login page will not open
Marriott recommends these steps for common connection problems. They may not work for every device or property configuration.

- Check that your browser allows pop-up windows.
- Temporarily disconnect your VPN while completing the portal sign-in.
- If the page still will not load, contact the front desk and ask for the dedicated support number for the hotel’s internet provider.
Standard and Enhanced access: what Bonvoy members should know
Marriott’s help article, dated May 7, 2026, describes complimentary in-room internet for eligible Bonvoy members when the stay is booked through a qualifying Marriott channel. It identifies Standard access for Member and Silver Elite members, and Enhanced access for Gold, Platinum, Titanium, and Ambassador Elite members. Availability depends on the property offering the relevant access level.
The benefit is limited to one guest room per eligible member per stay; the member must stay in the room and pay the charges. Meeting rooms are excluded. Marriott also says eligible co-brand credit-card benefits may provide Enhanced access at participating properties regardless of booking method. See Marriott’s internet access benefit details for the applicable terms.

Regular guest Wi-Fi versus conference Wi-Fi
Use the property’s guest network for in-room access. If you are attending a meeting and see a network labeled Brand_Conference, Marriott directs guests to ask the meeting coordinator how to connect. Do not assume the room network’s sign-in instructions apply to the conference network.
Upgrading internet access
If you want to check whether an upgrade is offered, first connect to the property’s wireless network, then reopen internetupgrade.marriott.com. The upgrade page does not establish that an upgrade will be available or free; confirm the options and any charge with the property.

Check Wi-Fi availability before arrival
Marriott says most Marriott International properties offer high-speed internet, but availability, charges, amenities, and policies can differ by location and brand. Before booking or traveling, check the property’s amenity filters on Marriott.com or in the Bonvoy app. In the app, open the property’s Amenities page and look for Internet Services for available details.
