To connect i12 earbuds to a Samsung Galaxy device, power the charging case, open it, and remove the earbuds. Then go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth, select i12 from the available devices, and accept a pairing prompt if one appears. The exact menu labels can vary by Galaxy model and software version.
Pair i12 earbuds with a Samsung Galaxy device
- Power the charging case. The cited i12 manual says to turn it on before opening the lid.
- Open the case and remove the earbuds. This wakes the earbuds for pairing according to that manual.
- Open Bluetooth settings on your Galaxy device: Settings > Connections > Bluetooth.
- Select i12 in the available devices list. Confirm the pairing request if prompted.
Samsung notes that a Bluetooth device must be in pairing mode for a Galaxy device to detect or connect to it. If the menu path differs, use Settings search for “Bluetooth”; labels may vary by model and software version. Samsung’s Bluetooth troubleshooting guide explains the pairing requirement.

If i12 does not appear in the Bluetooth list
- Make sure the case is powered, then open it and remove the earbuds again.
- Check the instructions supplied with your specific earbuds and follow their pairing-mode procedure. “i12” is used across different products, and the available manual does not establish that every i12 variant works the same way.
- Check whether the earbuds may have timed out. The cited i12 manual says they turn off automatically after more than five minutes disconnected from a Bluetooth device; if so, repeat the case-and-removal steps.
Samsung also advises checking the Bluetooth device’s manual because pairing steps vary by manufacturer and model. Samsung’s device-pairing guidance covers that variation.

If i12 was paired before but will not reconnect
- Open Settings > Connections > Bluetooth and find i12 among saved or paired devices.
- Remove or unpair the saved i12 connection.
- Put the earbuds back into pairing mode using the instructions for your model, then select i12 in the Bluetooth list again.
If that does not work, Samsung describes resetting Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings as a later troubleshooting step. This removes saved connection information, so devices may need to be paired again. Try removing and re-pairing i12 first. See Samsung’s Bluetooth connection troubleshooting steps.
