To connect Google Calendar to appointments in Hostinger AI Builder, open Store management → Appointments → Settings, select Connect in the Google Calendar section, choose and authorize a Google account, then check that the integration says Connected. The connection sends appointment changes from Hostinger to Google Calendar; it does not make edits in Google Calendar update the Hostinger booking.
Before you connect
- Appointments must be enabled for your site, and you need a Google account.
- The feature is tied to an eligible plan. Hostinger support and product pages use different plan names, so check the plan and feature availability shown in your account rather than assuming one name applies across markets or product versions. See Hostinger Help Center guidance on accepting appointments and the appointment booking page.
Connect the Google account
- Open your website’s Store management area.
- Select Appointments, then open Settings.
- In the Google Calendar section, select Connect.
- On Google’s authorization page, choose the account where you want appointment events to appear.
- Grant the requested access. Hostinger says it needs permission to view and add calendar events for automatic syncing.
- Return to the dashboard and confirm that the Google Calendar integration is marked Connected.

What appointment information syncs
New appointments are automatically added to Google Calendar with booking details such as the customer’s name, service, appointment time, and contact information. Hostinger says cancellations and rescheduled bookings update automatically as well.

Understand the one-way editing limit
The integration is not a two-way editing sync. Changes made directly to an event in Google Calendar do not change the appointment in Hostinger AI Builder. Manage the booking in Hostinger if you need the change reflected in the appointment system.

Disconnect calendar syncing
- Go to Store Manager → Appointments → Settings.
- In the Google Calendar section, select Disconnect and confirm.
Disconnecting leaves existing appointments in place, but new bookings will no longer sync to Google Calendar.
