To complete a Town Warehouse supply order in Graveyard Keeper 2, accept it from the upstairs order board, craft the exact packaged supply crate it names, and put that crate on a Town Warehouse or Warehouse Cellar supply pallet. Then verify that the specific order is marked delivered or complete. For Jack’s first Workshop Hours task, there is one more step: talk to Jack and choose Town Supplied when that dialogue option appears.
How Town Warehouse supply orders work
Supply orders become available through story progression. Guides place the Town Warehouse opening after Docked and Found; Jack’s initial Workshop Hours task introduces the first Supply: Iron order. If the board is not available yet, continue the story and check the Workshop Hours quest in your journal.

For recurring orders, the board’s normal ordering window is Pride day, the purple fifth day in the six-day week. The board allows up to two active orders. The first board interaction may let you accept an initial order outside that usual window.

Before accepting, note the crate name, quantity, required station, and displayed Likes reward. Orders ask for packaged supply crates, not loose ingredients: iron ingots do not count as Supply: Iron. You can deliver a finished crate on another day, though the payout may not appear until you interact with the board on the next Pride day.

How to submit a supply order
- Unlock the warehouse. Progress through Docked and Found until Jack and the Town Warehouse are available. Track Workshop Hours in the quest menu if that is your current objective.
- Accept an order. On Pride day, use the upstairs order board. Select the order you want and record its exact crate name and quantity. Avoid accepting more than two active orders or more work than your recipes and materials can support.
- Craft the named crate. Use a workstation with the required recipe unlocked. For the first Supply: Iron order, one reported Woodworking Workbench I recipe uses 6 Iron Ingots, 4 Wooden Planks, and 8 Nails. Another reported route uses 8 Iron Ingots at an Assembly Bench I. Recipes and station requirements can differ, so follow the recipe shown in your own crafting menu.
- Deliver the finished crate. Pick it up and place it on a supported Town Warehouse supply pallet or Warehouse Cellar supply drop point. An ordinary chest is storage, not delivery; carrying the crate or depositing only its ingredients is not enough.
- Verify the order. Check the board or ledger for that particular order’s delivered or completed status. A stock count or partial counter by itself does not confirm completion.
- Finish Jack’s quest step, if applicable. Return to Jack at the warehouse and choose Town Supplied when the option becomes available. Check the quest log to confirm that Workshop Hours updated.
Why won’t my supply order complete?
The order count did not move
- Compare the active order’s exact crate name with the one you crafted. Similar names, such as Supply: Iron and Supply: Iron Tools, are not interchangeable.
- Make sure the finished crate reached a supported warehouse or cellar supply pallet. A crate left in an ordinary chest has not been delivered.
- Check the specific order on the board or in the ledger rather than relying only on the warehouse stock display.
The crate is stored, but the order is still incomplete
Move the crate from ordinary storage to a Town Warehouse or Warehouse Cellar supply drop point, then recheck the order’s status. Confirm that you placed the crate itself, not just its ingredients.
The order is complete, but Jack’s dialogue option is locked
Workshop Hours has a conversation step separate from crate delivery. Check that the tracked quest is still Workshop Hours and that the specific order shows as complete, then speak with Jack again when the relevant dialogue is available. The guides do not establish repeated iron deliveries as a fix for a missing dialogue option. If it persists, record your game build and platform when reporting the issue.

The reward is not visible
Check or claim the completed order through the board. The described payout cycle may run until the next Pride-day board interaction, so delivery and visible payment need not happen at the same moment.
