To complete Clean Hands, search the Nomad Camp beneath the Railyard on Pendola Pass for an Equatorial Sundial, display it from the Old Town church tower, then extract with it. One walkthrough lists a further hand-in to the Nomadic Envoy, so check your quest tracker after returning.
Find the Nomad Camp beneath the Railyard
On Pendola Pass, head to the Railyard and look for a pipe entrance between it and the Transit Tunnel to the west. Enter the underground Nomad Camp, then make your way to the elevated middle section of its walkway. This route is described by PC Gamer’s Clean Hands walkthrough; GamesRadar’s guide also places the camp below the Railyard.

Search the bag for the Equatorial Sundial
In the camp, find and search the highlighted yellow bag. It contains the Equatorial Sundial, the quest item you need to carry through the rest of the run. If your augment has a safe pocket, place the sundial there to reduce the risk of losing it if you are downed. GameSpot’s preparation advice also suggests bringing healing supplies and a weapon for general protection; neither is described as a quest requirement.
Display the sundial in the Old Town church tower
Go to the church near the center of Old Town. Climb the spiral stairs at the back, then use the zipline into the tower. Interact with the railing to hold up the sundial. The church route and interaction are described in the PC Gamer walkthrough and GamesRadar guide.

Extract, then check whether the envoy needs a hand-in
Keep the sundial and extract from Pendola Pass. If you use the gondola extraction, PC Gamer says to activate its console and continue to the gondola’s drop-off location.
Guides differ on whether extraction completes the quest or whether you must also deliver the item to the Nomadic Envoy. PC Gamer and GamesRadar end their walkthroughs with extraction, while Destructoid’s guide includes delivery to the envoy as an additional step. The available guides do not settle the discrepancy. After returning, check the in-game quest tracker; if it still shows a hand-in objective, interact with the Nomadic Envoy.
