If you mean a list of devices that previously connected to the iPhone providing the hotspot, Apple’s reviewed guide does not document a screen or setting for viewing and deleting that history.
Forget the hotspot on the device that joined it
This removes the hotspot’s saved network details, including its password, from that device. On the joining iPhone, follow these steps:

Tap Forget This Network and confirm if prompted.
Apple documents this process in its guide to forgetting a Wi‑Fi network. The hotspot may still appear in nearby networks afterward; forgetting it removes the saved credentials, not the hotspot itself. Managed or supervised devices may not show the forget option. If the device uses iCloud Keychain with the same Apple Account as other devices, forgetting the network may also remove it from those devices.

If you mean past connections on the hotspot-providing iPhone
The iPhone’s Personal Hotspot settings let you manage hotspot access, but Apple’s Personal Hotspot guide does not document a complete list of past connections or a control to delete such a list. The reviewed Apple guidance also does not establish whether iOS keeps a complete user-accessible record or how long any records might be retained. Forgetting the network on a joining device should not be treated as deleting a record on the iPhone that provided the hotspot.
Change the hotspot password to control future access
If your goal is to stop a device from joining with an old password, change the Personal Hotspot Wi‑Fi password on the iPhone providing the connection. Apple documents changing that password as part of managing Personal Hotspot. This changes the credentials used for future Wi‑Fi joins; it is not a documented way to erase past-connection history. Why Reset Network Settings is not a history-only fix
Reset Network Settings is not a selective way to clear one hotspot. Apple says it resets Wi‑Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings used before. Use it only when broader network troubleshooting is appropriate, not simply to forget one saved hotspot. Apple describes the reset’s scope in its Personal Hotspot troubleshooting guidance.

Saved passwords are not a connection history
Apple notes that iOS 16 and later can reveal saved Wi‑Fi passwords, and iOS 18 includes a Wi‑Fi section in the Passwords app. Those features help inspect saved credentials; they do not establish that the iPhone providing a hotspot has a user-accessible log of past connections.
