For a leasehold-to-freehold conversion filed through the Delhi Development Authority’s IDLI System, sign in with the mobile number registered to the application and select “Check Conversion Status.” DDA says the result can show the application’s status and the officer currently handling it. PM-UDAY applications use a different route, so first identify the portal or scheme through which you applied.
Check an IDLI conversion application
DDA’s IDLI System handles e-conversion applications for plotted properties, group housing flats and built-up shops. These steps apply to applications filed through IDLI, not every DDA property-related service.

- Open the DDA IDLI System you used to submit the application.
- Log in using the mobile number registered to that application.
- Select “Check Conversion Status.” DDA says the status view can also identify the officer presently handling the case. See the DDA IDLI FAQ.
If you applied through PM-UDAY
Do not use the IDLI status control just because your application concerns a DDA property. For an application filed through PM-UDAY, open the PM-UDAY portal and select its “Applications Status” tab to view the current status, as directed in the DDA PM-UDAY FAQ.
Respond to an IDLI deficiency or rejection
Deficiency notice
DDA says it sends deficiency notices through system-generated email, and that deficiencies can be viewed and answered inside IDLI. Check the email account associated with the application, then submit your response through the portal. See the DDA IDLI guidance on deficiencies.

Rejected application
For a rejected IDLI freehold-conversion or mutation application, DDA describes a “Re-apply” option. Follow the re-application steps using the existing Request ID and the mobile number registered to the application. Details are in the DDA IDLI FAQ.
Keep a copy and contact DDA if needed
Keep a hard copy of the submitted application for your own reference and future communication. DDA says you do not need to send it unless requested; see the IDLI application guidance.

What the status check does—and does not—tell you
DDA’s guidance says IDLI applicants can check the application status and see the officer currently handling the matter. It does not establish a processing-time estimate or guarantee what a particular status label means. Do not treat an unfamiliar status as approval, infer a completion date, or assume an officer will respond by a particular day.
