Existing Smart Postpaid customers can check renewal eligibility by entering their mobile number on Smart’s renewal page and verifying it with an OTP. Smart says the account must have no outstanding balance, no ongoing renewal application and no active contract; any handset on the current plan must also be fully paid before applying.
Check whether your Smart Postpaid account can renew
- Open Smart’s renewal page.
- Enter your Smart mobile number and complete the OTP verification Smart sends.
- Review the eligibility result and any account-specific notices. Smart’s renewal checklist requires no outstanding balance, no pending renewal application and an out-of-contract account. If your current plan includes a device, Smart says you must complete its full payment before applying.
Smart’s iPhone configuration view may also display reasons an account cannot proceed, including an unpaid balance, an active contract or an ongoing renewal application. These are account-flow notices, not a guarantee that this is the complete list of approval rules.

New applicants follow a different approval path
The iPhone 18 Pro listing offers an Apply Now route for All-New Postpaid Plans+. Smart’s general plan page says a representative may contact applicants, but the pages reviewed do not state a complete, current checklist of identity documents or underwriting requirements specifically for this phone. Confirm the requirements in the live application or with Smart rather than relying on terms from an older campaign for another handset.

Smart’s iPhone 18 Pro listing advertises a pre-order window from October 2 through October 15, 2026, and a starting price of ₱50,400. It also lists an AirTag for successful online-store applications, 18GB of open-access data valid for three months, and a voucher for selected Smart accessories. Check the page for the offer’s current conditions and the meaning of a successful application; availability and campaign details can change.

Smart also advertises the phone with All-New Postpaid Plans+. The device price and recurring plan fee are separate costs. For context, Smart lists All-New Plans+ 1499 at ₱1,499 per month, with 40GB of data, unlimited 5G data for 12 months subject to terms and availability in 5G coverage areas with a Smart 5G phone, unlimited AllNet calls and texts, and unlimited landline calls excluding special numbers. This is one plan example, not evidence that every iPhone 18 Pro pre-order requires it.

Separately, Smart says the phone may be available as a device add-on with either a one-time cash-out payment or Charge-to-Bill. Do not assume that every method appears for every buyer or configuration: the checkout and account flow determine which choices are currently offered.
Smart’s renewal configuration view checked for this article showed “The selected item is currently out of stock” and “No payment plan is available for this selection.” That is a page state for the selected configuration, not proof that all iPhone 18 Pro models or customer accounts are unavailable. Check your chosen model, storage, plan and account in the live flow before budgeting around an installment option. The pages reviewed do not establish a universal installment duration, down payment or bank promotion.

Keep phone checkout separate from paying a Smart bill
Smart Help describes ways to pay an already-issued Postpaid bill, including through the Smart App and mySmart Web; its Smart App instructions mention Maya or a debit or credit card. Those are bill-payment channels and should not be treated as a complete list of methods for buying the new phone. Use the payment choices shown at device checkout for the transaction you are making.
