To check a Hyperliquid transfer, open Portfolio → Deposits & Withdrawals and inspect the transaction row. Confirm whether it says Send or Withdrawal, then use the status and route-specific estimate to decide what to check next. For completed withdrawals, follow the explorer link beside the timestamp to verify the receiving address.
Find the transfer record first
- Open Portfolio → Deposits & Withdrawals.
- Find the row matching the asset and amount, then note its action, time, status, and destination.
- Use those details to follow the matching case below. Avoid starting another transfer as a way to unstick the first one.
Check whether it was a Send or a Withdrawal
Send: an internal Hyperliquid transfer
A Send moves tokens to another account on Hyperliquid; it does not withdraw them to another blockchain. Hyperliquid makes this distinction in its deposit and withdrawal instructions.

If you sent funds to an account you control, connect the wallet associated with that account to Hyperliquid. If the destination was a centralized exchange, the exchange controls access to that address, so contact its support team with the transaction details.
Withdrawal: a transfer to another network
A Withdrawal is the route out to another network. Hyperliquid’s API reference explains that validators sign a withdrawal request and send it to the bridge contract. That technical process does not replace the status and estimate shown for your own transfer.

If the withdrawal is pending
Compare the elapsed time with the estimate shown in the withdrawal modal for that transfer. Hyperliquid advises waiting for that estimate; if it has passed, network congestion may be delaying processing. Do not treat a general timing figure as a guarantee: route conditions and displayed estimates can change.
The API reference gives an approximate five-minute finalization time and a $1 fee “at the time of this writing,” but both are subject to change. For troubleshooting, use the estimate displayed for your transfer rather than relying on those reference figures.

If the withdrawal is completed but has not arrived
Click the explorer link beside the row’s timestamp and inspect the destination address that received the transfer. A Completed label confirms the recorded status, but by itself does not show that funds reached the address you intended. Compare the explorer’s receiving address with your wallet or exchange deposit address. If they differ, contact the service or address owner that controls the receiving address.

Check the sending network and token against the deposit route shown in Hyperliquid. Supported networks, assets, minimums, estimates, and recovery options differ; a token sent on the wrong network should not be assumed recoverable. Start with Hyperliquid’s deposit and withdrawal help and open the current chain-specific instructions before attempting recovery.

USDC
Hyperliquid documents wallet-connected USDC deposits via Arbitrum. For email-connected accounts, its supported USDC routes are Arbitrum, Base, Ethereum, and Polygon through Across. Email-connected users can check the Across transfer history for a transfer in progress.
Unsupported assets or networks and low-value deposits may have special outcomes. Check the current route instructions before concluding that a deposit is recoverable or sending anything else.

Bitcoin (BTC)
The BTC deposit address accepts BTC on Bitcoin only. Hyperliquid’s current support page lists a minimum of 0.0003 BTC and an arrival estimate of about 30 minutes; check the estimate in the deposit pop-up for the transfer. If a qualifying BTC deposit is still marked Failed, Hyperliquid directs users to Unit support.

Ethereum (ETH) and ENA
The documented Ethereum address accepts ETH and ENA on Ethereum only. Hyperliquid lists minimums of 0.007 ETH and 120 ENA, with an arrival estimate of about five minutes. Its instructions describe a Unit revert feature for selected mistaken transfers; availability depends on the specific transfer. For a qualifying deposit marked Failed, contact Unit support.
Solana (SOL) and supported tokens
Hyperliquid’s Solana instructions cover SOL and certain supported tokens, with route-specific minimums and an approximate one-minute arrival time. Check the current asset list, threshold, and deposit estimate before treating a transfer as eligible. The instructions describe Unit’s revert feature for selected mistaken transfers; qualifying failed deposits should be referred to Unit support.

Hyperliquid notes that a Telegram bot connected to the wallet may automatically redeposit balances. If this happens, contact the bot’s support or send USDC to another address you control on Hyperliquid before withdrawing. Do not share a seed phrase or private key with anyone: anyone who has either can access the funds.

- For an email-connected USDC deposit, check Across transfer history and use the relevant route’s support guidance.
- For other assets or networks, use Hyperliquid’s deposit and transfer issue guidance for the exact route rather than assuming a recovery method applies.
- When contacting support, provide the asset, amount, time, status, and relevant transaction or explorer details. Never provide a recovery phrase or private key.
