For a website report with numbered pages, print the page to PDF in Microsoft Edge and turn on More settings > Headers and footers. Edge documents that this adds the current date to the header and page numbers to the footer. A full-page screenshot is a different output: it captures the page as one image and does not, by itself, create numbered PDF pages.

Review the print preview. Choose the paper size, orientation, page range, margins, and scaling that fit your report. Turn on background graphics if the page’s colors or backgrounds carry important information.

Choose the PDF destination available in your system’s print dialog and save the reviewed document. The destination’s exact name can vary by operating system and configuration.

Adjust the PDF before saving
Prevent clipped or undersized content
Use the preview to check text, images, and page breaks. If content is clipped, try a different orientation, reduce scaling, or adjust the margins. Edge describes its default margin setting as one inch and notes minimum printer margins may vary, sometimes around 0.25 inches (6.35 mm); these are guidance, not guaranteed values for every printer or PDF destination.
Print only the pages you need
Set a page range in the print dialog when the report should include only part of the webpage. Check the preview again after changing the range so the page numbers and content match the saved output.

Keep important background colors
Enable background graphics when a colored panel, chart background, or other page styling is needed to interpret the content. If appearance is not important, leaving it off may produce a simpler print layout.
When to use a full-page screenshot instead
Use a full-page image when you need one tall visual capture of a page, not a paginated report with numbered PDF pages. Firefox’s screenshot tool can capture the full page and save it as an image or copy it to the clipboard. Firefox developer tools also document the :screenshot --fullpage console helper. Capture multiple linked pages
If your report needs several pages from a site rather than one webpage, Adobe Acrobat desktop documents converting a webpage or multiple levels of a website to PDF. Its scope options include limiting capture to the same URL path or staying on the same server. The cited instructions do not establish automatic page numbering, so confirm the current Acrobat interface and resulting PDF before relying on numbered output.
