You can cancel Apple One without automatically canceling a separately billed iCloud+ plan or other subscriptions. On an iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, select Apple One, and choose the cancellation option. Before confirming, check which Apple Account provides your iCloud storage, whether you use family-shared storage, and whether the storage plan that remains can hold your current data.
Before canceling, check your accounts and storage
Apple One and a separately billed iCloud+ plan are managed as distinct subscriptions. Canceling the bundle does not mean you should also cancel iCloud+. If you want to keep paid iCloud+ features or need its storage capacity, leave that plan in place.

- Identify the Apple Account that pays. Check the account shown in Settings and search your email for an Apple receipt. If Apple One is not listed and you cannot find an Apple receipt, check your card or bank statement for the billing company. If another family member pays, that person may need to cancel.
- Identify the account that holds your iCloud data. If you use different Apple Accounts for iCloud and media purchases or subscriptions, Apple One storage may be associated with the media-and-subscriptions account. See Apple’s guidance on Apple One with a different iCloud account.
- Compare storage use with the plan that will remain. Check your current iCloud storage use and the capacity of any iCloud+ plan or shared Apple One storage you expect to keep.
Cancel Apple One
- On iPhone or iPad, open Settings.
- Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
- Select Apple One and choose the option to cancel. Confirm if prompted.
Apple also explains how to cancel on the web and other devices in its subscription cancellation guide. If Apple One does not appear, verify which Apple Account is signed in and who is billed for the plan before changing anything.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesDecide separately what to do with iCloud+
If you want to stop paying separately for iCloud+, change or cancel that plan on its own. Apple says the change takes effect after the current subscription billing period ends. The menu depends on your iOS version: on iOS 18.4 and later, Apple lists iCloud+ under Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions; older iOS versions use iCloud storage management. Follow Apple’s iCloud+ downgrade or cancellation instructions for the steps that match your device.

Apple lists 5 GB as the free iCloud plan. If the storage plan you move to is smaller than the data you use, Apple says iCloud will stop syncing or updating information, and backups will not complete until you increase capacity or remove enough data. Check the capacity and your usage before confirming a downgrade.
Moving to free storage also removes access to some iCloud+ features, including Hide My Email, Private Relay, Apple Invites, and HomeKit Secure Video support. Feature availability varies by country or region.

- Automatic local backup: After setup in the Qubii Pro app, back up supported photos, videos and contacts to a microSD card while charging a compatible iPhone or Android phone. Allow the requested photo and contact permissions.
- USB-C connection: This version connects to a USB-C wall charger and a suitable USB-C data cable. Choose USB-C to Lightning for Lightning iPhones or USB-C to USB-C for USB-C phones. A compatible charger and data cable are required separately.
- Expandable microSD storage: Supports compatible microSD cards up to 2TB; no memory card is included with this device-only version. Available card space limits backup capacity. Local backup does not require a paid cloud-storage subscription.
- One phone at a time: Share Qubii Duo between compatible phones in turn, with backups stored in separate device folders. Use the Qubii Pro app to browse or restore supported content. Stop an active backup in the app before disconnecting.
- Backup and security conditions: Local phone files can back up offline after setup. iCloud-only originals need internet access and free phone space to download first. Optional SD Lock uses app-controlled password access and email verification; unlock the card before computer access.
If your Apple One storage is shared with family
If Apple One comes through a Family or Premier plan, find out whether your account relies on its shared storage before the plan ends. Apple says family members can use shared Apple One storage or keep their own iCloud+ plan. Sharing the storage capacity does not make members’ photos or documents visible to one another; each person continues to use their own account. See Apple’s explanation of Apple One and iCloud storage and its guide to sharing subscriptions with family.

Apple One’s bundled services end according to the subscription’s status and billing period. Review your subscriptions if you want to keep any service that was included in the bundle; do not assume it will continue as a separate subscription. A separately billed iCloud+ plan is managed independently.
