Cancel Browse AI renewal
- Sign in to the Browse AI account associated with the paid subscription.
- Open Billing from the dashboard or account navigation.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
- Choose one of the listed cancellation reasons. Browse AI requires a reason to continue.
- In the cancellation dialog, select Cancel Subscription Renewal, shown on the right side.
- Read the confirmation message for your remaining credits and their expiration date. Save the confirmation for your records.

What changes after cancellation
Browse AI says the paid subscription remains active until the current billing cycle ends. Its guide also says robots, task history, and integrations are saved, and that you can resubscribe later to pick up where you left off. Check the confirmation for the expiration date of any remaining credits; do not assume they remain available indefinitely.

Use the workspace Owner or the account role that actually has access to Billing. Browse AI’s subscription guide says Admins/Owners can manage plans, while its workspace-permissions guide says only Owners can manage billing in paid workspaces. Because the official guides differ on Admin access, contact Browse AI support if the Billing controls are missing.

Cancellation, refunds, and account deletion
Cancel renewal to prevent future charges
Cancellation stops renewal; it does not itself promise a refund. Complete the dashboard cancellation flow even if you also plan to request a refund.
Request a refund separately
Browse AI’s refund policy sets out conditional eligibility, not an automatic refund:
- A subscription that renewed once or twice during the previous 60 days may qualify for a full refund if you have not used credits since renewal.
- A new annual subscription may qualify within 30 days, or a new monthly subscription within 14 days, if the software did not work and support could not resolve the problem.
To request one, email support from the address used to sign up. Browse AI says requests are handled manually, responses usually take 2–3 business days, and a processed refund may take 5–10 business days to reach your bank. It may decline or prorate a request if it finds extensive successful credit use and suspected policy abuse. These are vendor-published policy terms, so check the current policy page before relying on them.

Account deletion is a separate support request
Deleting your account does not cancel an active paid subscription. Cancel renewal first, then follow Browse AI’s account-deletion instructions. The guide says paid users must request deletion through the support message bubble on the Browse AI website; paid-user deletion requests are processed within 1–2 business days. Export important data and save robot configurations before asking for deletion.
If you cannot find the account or cancellation control
- Look for the account email: Search inbox and spam/junk folders for the welcome email with the subject “You made our day.” The address that received it identifies the linked account.
- Check your role: Sign in as the Owner or the role that can access Billing; if the control is still absent, contact Browse AI support.
- Help support locate the subscription: Browse AI’s cancellation guide asks for the account owner’s full name, email or domain, last four card digits and expiration date, payment method, subscription start date, and last payment date if the subscription cannot be found. Share payment details only through Browse AI’s official support channel.
