Yes. For a single page, use your browser’s print preview and choose its PDF destination, then open the saved file and test a few links. Print-to-PDF can preserve clickable links, but behavior varies by page and browser, so preview the layout and verify the result rather than assuming every link works.
Save one web page as a PDF in Firefox

Choose Save to PDF as the destination.

Review the preview. Adjust orientation, scale, margins, paper size, page selection, backgrounds, and headers or footers as needed. A web page can be laid out differently on paper than it appears on screen, so check for clipped text, missing sections, and awkward page breaks. Save the file, open it in a PDF viewer, and click representative text links to confirm they lead to the intended destinations.

Browser print-to-PDF is a straightforward first choice for a one-page copy. Adobe notes that formatting problems or missing text can occur during conversion; its guidance is to inspect the print preview and try another orientation if content is cut off. Adobe also says converted pages can function with links, images, and graphics, but that is not a guarantee for every site or link. Adobe’s web-page conversion guide explains its approach.
Keep useful links—and check that they work
A PDF may contain clickable links, but link preservation is not something to infer from the file’s appearance alone. In the saved document, click a few representative links: for example, one near the top, one in the main content, and one near the bottom. Confirm the link opens the expected destination. If a link is absent or wrong, try printing again after checking the preview and settings, or use a different conversion route.

Testing matters because conversion controls and documented behavior do not establish a universal guarantee across browsers, websites, and link types. Underlining links in a PDF can change how they look; it does not, by itself, prove that the hyperlink destination is functional.
Capture linked pages or a whole site
Printing a page from a browser saves that rendered page; it does not automatically archive every page its links point to. If your goal is to capture selected linked pages or an entire site, Adobe Acrobat desktop offers a broader web-page conversion workflow. Its documentation describes entering a URL or choosing a local HTML file, then setting capture levels or requesting the whole site. Use multi-level capture only when you need more than the current page. Capturing a site is a different task from saving a single-page PDF: the number of pages and the scope rules affect what is included. Review the resulting document and test links rather than assuming every destination has been captured or remains clickable.

Acrobat’s documented settings include PDF tags and bookmarks, link underlining, image and background retention, expansion of scrollable blocks, and controls for page size, orientation, margins, and scaling. These options can help with navigation, accessibility, and layout, but inspect the saved PDF to ensure the output meets your needs. Troubleshooting a PDF archive

Content is cut off: Return to print preview and try another orientation, adjust scale or margins, and inspect page breaks before saving. Adobe specifically advises checking preview and trying a different orientation when content is clipped.

Some text or images are missing: Compare the page with the preview and try a different layout or conversion route. Adobe warns that formatting problems or missing text can occur with browser print-to-PDF.

A link looks like text but does not open: Test the saved file in a PDF viewer and click representative links. Link styling is not proof that a working destination is embedded.

You expected linked pages to be included: A normal browser print captures the page you opened, not every page linked from it. Use a multi-level capture workflow and set the desired scope if you need linked pages or a site.

A long or scrollable section is incomplete: Review Acrobat’s option for expanding scrollable blocks, then inspect the resulting PDF. The setting exists, but the finished output still needs checking.
