Before you start: use Samsung Keyboard
These keyboard controls apply to Samsung Keyboard, not every keyboard installed on a Galaxy device. If another keyboard is active, switch the default keyboard first. Samsung documents this under Settings > General management; the precise labels can vary by device and software version. See Samsung’s Samsung Keyboard settings guide.

Turn on Bitmoji sticker suggestions

Open the device’s Settings app and search for Samsung Keyboard. On some devices, use Settings > General management > Samsung Keyboard settings.

Look for Suggest stickers while typing and turn it on if the setting is available. Samsung says suggestions can include Bitmoji as well as other sticker types.

If the settings include Select third-party content to use, check whether Bitmoji is listed and enabled. This control and its wording are not present on every version. Samsung notes that screens and options vary by device, provider, and software version. See Samsung’s Galaxy keyboard guidance.

Open a messaging app, tap the message field, and type. If sticker suggestions are available, check the suggestion area above the keyboard.

Check the toolbar above the keys. If it is enabled, tap the three-dot control to expand the available tools and look for Bitmoji.

If Bitmoji is not listed, Samsung says some toolbar options may require downloading an additional app. Check whether the Bitmoji app is installed, then follow its current in-app prompts if setup is needed. Samsung’s available instructions do not establish one universal account-linking or avatar-creation sequence.
Samsung describes Bitmoji as a possible Samsung Keyboard toolbar option, not a feature guaranteed on every Galaxy device. For toolbar details, see Samsung’s Galaxy setup guide.

Why Bitmoji may be missing

You are using another keyboard. The Samsung Keyboard toolbar and settings will not appear in a third-party keyboard’s interface. Set Samsung Keyboard as the default if you want to use its controls.

The toolbar is hidden or Bitmoji is among the extra tools. Check the toolbar and expand it with the three-dot control. Toolbar availability and options can vary by carrier or software version.

The app may be required. Samsung warns that some toolbar options, including Bitmoji, may need an additional app. Check the Bitmoji app and follow its current prompts if it is not set up.

Sticker suggestions are off or unavailable. Search Settings for Samsung Keyboard and look for Suggest stickers while typing. Not every version offers the same controls.

Your Galaxy software has a different route. Samsung’s menus and features differ across devices and software versions. Use Settings search rather than assuming a single menu path works everywhere.

Another route: emoji and sticker tools
On supported versions, Samsung also describes Bitmoji in the emoji and sticker panel, and shortcut management in Samsung Messages. This is a separate route from the Samsung Keyboard toolbar; availability and steps depend on the device and software version. See Samsung’s guide to emoji features on Galaxy devices.
