At a hypothetical 8% rate, that is $86.40; at a hypothetical 10% rate, it is $88. Those are examples, not estimates for any particular location. A platform fee is not automatically an extra charge added to your checkout total: use the amount and any tax shown by the store before you confirm.
How to calculate the total for an $80 game
First check whether $80 is the price before tax or a tax-inclusive displayed price. If tax is added to a pre-tax price, use:

Tax treatment is not universal. In its U.S. terms, PlayStation says: “Prices listed do not include sales tax. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at the time you complete a transaction.” The same terms acknowledge exceptions in jurisdictions that require tax-inclusive prices. Does a platform fee get added to the buyer’s bill?
Not necessarily. A platform’s commercial fee arrangement is distinct from the consumer’s checkout price. The available platform terms and tax guidance describe tax handling, but do not establish a universal, separate platform surcharge that should be added to every buyer’s $80 price. Do not add a generic platform-fee percentage to your calculation unless the checkout explicitly shows a charge.
Steam’s Subscriber Agreement discusses tax collection where required by law and the license or subscription relationship; it does not provide a universal buyer-facing platform fee to tack onto an $80 game. Steam Subscriber Agreement
