The game combines a narrative with activities that can take different amounts of time. Players can build a business from a noodle stand into restaurants and nightclubs, meet characters, decorate apartments, and fish. Someone concentrating on the main narrative may spend their time differently from someone who also pursues business management and other city activities, so “completion” does not mean the same thing for every player.
