Which GTA VI radio stations and DJs has Rockstar announced?
Rockstar describes GTA VI’s radio as spanning stations from Classic Rock to Talk Radio, alongside podcasts. Its official music page currently gives details for six stations:

These are the six stations in Rockstar’s current preview, not a confirmed total for the finished game. Rockstar calls the selection the biggest and widest-ranging in-game radio and podcast offering yet, but the page does not provide a complete station catalogue, playlist, rotation rules, or technical explanation of how the radio system works. Is the 34-track album the complete in-game radio soundtrack?
No such link is established by Rockstar’s announcement. The page separates its radio-station previews from a section titled Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, which it describes as containing 34 original tracks. It does not say that every radio track is on the album or that the album reproduces the game’s station catalogue.

How does music licensing for a game generally work?
A song can involve two distinct copyrighted works: the musical composition, including its lyrics, and a particular sound recording of that composition. The U.S. Copyright Office’s Copyright and the Music Marketplace study explains that incorporating music into an audiovisual work such as a video game requires synchronization licences from the owners of both the musical work and the sound recording.

In practical terms, permission for a composition does not by itself establish permission to use any particular recording of it. The game may need rights covering both the underlying song and the chosen performance. What is known about GTA VI’s specific music deals?
The official pages covered here do not disclose GTA VI track-by-track clearances, licence fees, rights-holder splits, territories, or contract terms. The general licensing framework cannot fill in those game-specific details. Nor does a track’s appearance in a trailer, on the album, or in an earlier GTA game establish its status on a GTA VI radio station.

There is historical context for Rockstar’s radio approach, but it should not be mistaken for a GTA VI specification. In a September 9, 2002 announcement, Rockstar and Sony Music described seven Grand Theft Auto: Vice City soundtrack albums, each tied to a radio station, and highlighted the series’ use of commercials, jingles, and DJs parodying radio formats.
