For an agency considering similar workflows, the account points to practical questions rather than a product comparison:
- When will people record time? End-of-day timesheets can fit work that is easy to reconstruct; a live timer records work as it happens.
- Do people share a workstation? A kiosk can provide a common time-entry point where employees do not each work at a dedicated computer.
- Is app or website tracking appropriate? Auto tracking may capture time in digital tools, but teams should decide whether that level of tracking fits their work and expectations.
- What needs to be visible to managers? Brainlabs says its reporting helps it examine client needs and team resourcing. The story does not prescribe a particular reporting setup for other agencies.
Clockify’s integrations page describes a browser extension that adds a timer button inside other web apps and lists examples such as QuickBooks, Xero, Jira, Google Calendar, Outlook, and Zapier.
