Where AION 2 coupon rewards go
The delivery destination depends on the promotion. In its Korean pre-registration notice, NCSoft distinguishes between rewards: coupon items are delivered to the character inventory on the selected server, while mobile-market pre-registration rewards arrive through the in-game mailbox after launch. The global launch-celebration campaign provides another example: its two mounts are automatically sent to the in-game mailbox. The Korean pre-registration notice gives this in-game route: Settings > Miscellaneous > Account > Coupon Registration. It also links to a coupon-registration page. Follow the route and any eligibility instructions in the notice for the code you have; the menu path documented for a Korean campaign should not be assumed to apply to every region or future client version. Global service
NCSoft’s global support search result says the global pre-registration coupon can be redeemed in-game after official launch. The global site lists the official launch date as October 5, 2026. Confirm the current instructions in the global client or the relevant official notice, since the support page itself may require JavaScript and its exact live menu behavior is not established here. Check the campaign terms before using a code
Coupon codes are campaign-specific. Before you redeem one, open its official notice and check:
- Region and eligible server: a Korean campaign’s server rules may differ from the global promotion’s regional eligibility.
- Account limit: the cited Korean pre-registration notice allows one use per account; a separate Korean coupon notice also states its own once-per-account limit.
- Expiry and claim deadline: the two Korean notices set different campaign windows, so one notice’s deadline does not apply to another code.
- Destination: look for whether the reward goes to inventory, the mailbox, or is otherwise automatically granted.
- Time zone: the global launch-celebration page gives deadlines in JST. Convert carefully rather than treating the displayed time as local time.
A separate Korean coupon notice lists its own use window and all-server eligibility, in addition to its account limit. Those terms apply to that notice only, not to unrelated coupons. Korean coupon notice

Current global launch-celebration example
The global site says two launch-celebration mounts are automatically sent to the in-game mailbox. For that campaign, eligibility requires creating an account by December 2, 2026 at 3:30 PM JST; rewards are granted once per region, and the claim deadline is December 9, 2026 at 3:30 PM JST. These dates and conditions belong to this specific global campaign and should not be applied to Korean service or other events. Official global site

If the reward does not appear
- Reopen the exact campaign notice and verify that the code is still within its use window and that your account and server are eligible.
- Check the destination named in that notice: the selected character’s inventory for the cited Korean coupon flow, or the in-game mailbox for rewards that the campaign says are mailed.
- For global redemption, use the in-game process specified by the current global notice or support instructions after launch; do not rely on a Korean menu path for a global code.
- If the official notice does not clarify the problem, consult the support channel for the same region rather than assuming the reward was sent to a different destination.
