Is Hostinger Reach any good?
Reach is Hostinger’s email marketing service. Hostinger says it can generate email copy, layouts and brand styling from a description, and lists campaign suggestions, send-time optimization, subject-line assistance, spam checks, analytics, audience segmentation, subscriber forms and automated workflows. Examples it gives include welcome sequences and abandoned-cart or post-purchase follow-ups. These are vendor-described capabilities, not independently verified results. Does Hostinger Reach write emails with AI?
Hostinger says Reach can draft email copy and layouts, apply brand styling and help suggest or optimize campaigns. The product description does not establish how accurate or useful the output is for a particular brief. No independent test result here measures editing time, rendering quality, deliverability or conversions.
A meaningful evaluation would need to document the exact prompt and plan, preserve the generated copy and design, record edits and time spent, then check how the email renders in real inboxes. AI features alone are not evidence that messages will reach the inbox or produce a particular open or conversion rate.
Hostinger’s product page also advertises “304K+ marketers trust Reach,” “240K+ campaigns created with AI” and “28%+ average open rate.” These are Hostinger-reported figures on an undated product page accessed in 2026; the page does not provide a measurement method, sample, date range or independent validation. How much does Hostinger Reach cost?
Hostinger’s official pages currently describe different free-plan limits, so there is no single limit supported by both sources. The product page displays a free offer for 100 recipients per month with limited features, followed by $0.99 per month. It also displays a paid price of $1.99 per month, billed every two years, for 3,500 emails per month. Separately, Hostinger’s getting-started guide describes a free plan allowing up to 200 emails per month and 100 unique subscribers per month, with one-year access available to non-Hostinger customers as well.

These descriptions are not interchangeable: “recipients,” “emails” and “unique subscribers” describe different limits, and the pages differ on the free allowance. The displayed prices may also depend on currency, location, billing term, promotions, taxes and eligibility. Verify the current plan details and total at checkout before signing up. Can I use my own domain?
Hostinger’s documented setup flow currently says you need a domain purchased from Hostinger to connect a sending domain. It says SPF, DMARC and DKIM records are handled automatically and setup can take up to 24 hours. Confirm the domain requirement in your account before planning a migration, especially if your domain is registered elsewhere. How can you add contacts, and does Reach work with WordPress?
Hostinger documents several ways to collect or import contacts, but that does not mean Reach connects to every third-party service.

How do you contact Hostinger support?
Hostinger’s support article says the support button opens a chat with Kodee, its AI assistant, and lists [email protected]. A Reach getting-started article also directs users to the support team. These published routes do not establish a Reach-specific response-time guarantee, the availability of a human agent, or the quality of a resolution. Hostinger’s support contact article lists the routes.
No measured Reach support test or independent response-time result is established here. To assess support for your needs, record the question, date and contact route, along with time to first response, whether Kodee resolved it or escalated it, and whether the final answer was accurate.
Who should consider Hostinger Reach?
Reach may be worth considering if its documented email features and integrations match your needs and you are comfortable confirming the current plan, domain and contact-collection requirements before committing. It is harder to assess if your decision depends on proven AI output quality, independently verified campaign performance, broad third-party integrations or tested human support. The available sources do not establish comparative performance against other email platforms, so they do not support ranking Reach against competitors.
