Hostinger describes Store Manager as the admin area for a single store. The available features and sales channels can depend on your plan and account setup. See Hostinger’s Store Manager navigation guide and Ecommerce product overview.
Use Overview to orient yourself
Overview is the first page after opening a store. It combines a setup checklist, a performance widget and recent orders. Its five setup tasks are:
- Add a product.
- Connect or review a payment method.
- Set up shipping.
- Add business information.
- Share the store.
The performance widget shows Sales, Orders and Average order value, with daily sparklines and comparison badges. Use Currently viewing to filter the widget and recent-orders list to a sales channel; it defaults to all sales channels. Hostinger says recent changes can take up to five minutes to appear in this Overview analytics.

Orders: find and update transactions
Open Orders when you need to locate a particular transaction, inspect its details or take an available order-status action. You can search and filter across sales channels, then export order data to CSV.

Filters cover fulfillment and payment status, date, product type, shipping method, country, notes, order or cart ID, title, SKU and discount. Open an order to see its items and timeline on the left, with payment and customer information on the right. For details, see Hostinger’s order-management guide.
Analytics: distinguish sales from traffic
Go to Analytics and select Sales or Traffic. Sales reporting covers totals and breakdowns such as orders, average order value, sales channels, products and discounts. Traffic reporting focuses on visits, unique visitors and visitor origins, including channel, country and device breakdowns. Use the available date range, comparison and filters to narrow the view.
Rank #3
Traffic refreshes once a day, so today’s visits appear tomorrow. TikTok Shop, Meta and custom channels do not share traffic data with this Traffic tab, although Sales can still report sales across connected channels. Hostinger explains the reporting scope in its Analytics guide.
Products: manage the catalog and channel visibility
In Products, search and filter the catalog by sales channel, category, product status or inventory status. This area also supports adding products and managing categories and reviews. Product visibility can be managed by sales channel, and product or channel options may vary by subscription and connected channels. Hostinger’s product overview outlines channel availability.
Customers: review customer records
Customer records appear after the first purchase. They include email address, order count, total spend and marketing-consent status. The Customers page supports sorting, filtering and CSV export; marketing consent can be collected during checkout.
Sales channels: check connections
Open Sales channels to review connected channels and their status or use management shortcuts. Choose Add sales channel to connect an available option. Hostinger lists Quick link, AI Builder, Custom sales channel, Payment Link and WordPress as connection methods; availability depends on plan and product status.
Settings: configure how the store operates
Settings groups store-wide configuration into dedicated areas for store identity and region, Payments, Shipping, Checkout, Taxes, Invoices and transactional email. Shipping zones contain countries and rates. Checkout settings include policy links and optional marketing consent or custom fields. Invoice changes apply to future invoices. Hostinger’s store-settings guide describes these controls.
Set the store’s currency and business location before connecting a payment provider. Hostinger’s settings documentation says changing either later requires disconnecting the provider first; the Store settings page also notes that currency cannot be changed while an online payment method is connected.

Other sidebar areas
Depending on the store’s enabled features and account setup, the sidebar may also include Subscriptions, Appointments, Discounts, Email marketing and Integrations. Use each for its corresponding store feature; for example, Email marketing opens the marketing dashboard, while Integrations covers connected tools such as shipping-label integration.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Account for plan, language and regional differences
Hostinger’s product overview describes standalone Ecommerce as one subscription for one store. Existing hosting plans that already included Ecommerce continue to work with one sales channel, while new Unlimited or Cloud subscriptions no longer include Ecommerce. Plan terms and feature availability can change, so check the current plan shown in your account before relying on a specific channel or product limit.
Hostinger says the admin and checkout language follow the account profile language. If no language is saved, the default region may be inferred from the profile setting or IP address. Its product overview also says Ecommerce does not currently support multiple currencies or multiple languages.
