To control which domains can send events to a Pixel used with Hostinger AI Builder in manual mode, open the Pixel’s settings in Facebook Events Manager and configure either an allow list or a block list. Use an allow list to accept events only from domains you name; use a block list to exclude unwanted domains. Hostinger says the two list types cannot be used together.
Choose an allow list or a block list
Check which domains are appearing in the Pixel before choosing. A Pixel may receive events from the website’s main domain and secondary domains; Hostinger gives builder.hostinger.com as an example when its built-in integration was used. See Hostinger’s traffic permissions guide.

| List type | What it does | When it fits |
|---|---|---|
| Allow list | Permits the domains you specify and blocks traffic from all other domains automatically. | Use when you want tight control over which domains may send events, especially for a clean setup. |
| Block list | Excludes the domains you specify. | Can be a practical choice if an existing Pixel already receives events from irrelevant domains. |
Hostinger states that an allow list and a block list cannot coexist for the same Pixel, so choose one approach rather than trying to maintain both.
Recommended Free Tools
Set traffic permissions in Events Manager
- In Facebook Events Manager, open Data sources and select the relevant Pixel.
- Open Settings and scroll to Traffic permissions.
- Choose one list type and add domains as described below.
Create an allow list
- Select Create allow list.
- Enter a domain you want to permit, continue, and confirm.
- Repeat for every other domain that should be allowed to send events.
With an allow list, domains not included are blocked automatically. Make sure every domain that should legitimately send events is included.
#1 Best Overall
Create a block list
- Select Create block list.
- Add the domains whose events you want to exclude.
Hostinger describes this option as a way to leave the Pixel receiving data only from the domain connected to the website by blocking irrelevant domains. Review the domains shown in Events Manager before adding exclusions.

Traffic permissions govern which domains may send events; they do not replace the website’s Pixel connection. Hostinger’s manual-mode connection guide says Meta’s setup for web events uses a dataset rather than creating a Pixel. The guide’s connection flow is to create a dataset in Meta Business Manager, copy its ID, enter it in the Meta Pixel field in the AI Builder integrations settings, then save and update the website.
- Confirm the site is published and the Meta page is public.
- Check that a cookie banner is enabled.
- Verify the dataset ID is present in the integrations settings and has not been added more than once.
- Check that the domain is verified with Meta. Hostinger describes adding the website domain to the allow list as optional.
- Visit the live site, allow cookies, and use the Facebook Pixel Helper browser extension to inspect activity.
This is a technical setup checklist, not a determination of cookie-consent or privacy-law requirements for every jurisdiction.
