In your Hostinger AI Builder store manager, open Settings → Shipping. Create or edit a shipping zone, then choose Add option. Name the method, set a flat rate for the whole order, and add price or weight conditions if you need them. Then save. According to Hostinger’s shipping setup guide, a store can have unlimited zones and up to 25 shipping options per zone.
Before you start: reach the store manager
Store features need an active Ecommerce subscription. Hostinger describes Ecommerce as a separate subscription connected to your AI Builder project. The way you reach the store manager depends on the project mode:

- Manual mode: open the website editor, select Online store, then choose Manage store. See Hostinger’s manual-mode store guide.
- Agentic mode: connect an online store first, then use Ecommerce in the top navigation. See the agentic-mode integration guide. A connected store provides shipping zones, up to 25 delivery options, and rules based on amount or item weight.

Zones define where you deliver. Options are the named methods shoppers pick at checkout.

- In the store manager, select Settings → Shipping.
- Edit the default zone or create a new one. The default zone is your store’s country. Rename the zone if that helps, select its countries, and save. Hostinger states: “One country/state can be added to one shipping zone.”
- Open the zone and select Add option.
- Enter a recognizable method name. Customers see it in the cart and at checkout.
- Enter the rate. It is a flat charge for the entire order, not a per-product charge.
- Add conditions if needed: a minimum or maximum order price, or order weight.
- Save, then test with realistic carts.
Older general Website Builder help states a limit of 20 options per zone. The current AI Builder guide says 25, so use 25 for this product.
Shipping based on order price or weight
Conditions let you offer different methods or rates depending on cart value or weight. Per Hostinger’s price and weight guide: “The lower bound of the condition (minimum order price or weight) is inclusive, and the upper bound (maximum order price or weight) is not inclusive.”

Build ranges that don’t leave gaps
Because the upper bound is exclusive, a cart exactly at a range’s maximum does not match that range. Make the next range start at that same value. For example, a range of 0 to 5 kg followed by one starting at 5 kg covers a 5 kg cart. The numbers are only an illustration, so use your own carrier brackets.

Weight-based rules
Assign a weight to every physical product and to each variation. A missing weight is a common reason a weight-based rate doesn’t match.

Free shipping
Set the rate to zero. For conditional free shipping, add a minimum order price, which is inclusive. Hostinger’s free-shipping instructions use €50 as an example. That is an illustration, not a recommendation. Pick a threshold that fits your margins and average order value.

Hostinger warns that if options are set up incorrectly, “the shipping rate is not displayed in the checkout, preventing customers from completing the purchase.” Its troubleshooting guide names incorrect conditions as the most common cause. Check in this order:

- Condition bounds: remember the lower bound is included and the upper is excluded.
- Weights: confirm every product and variation has one if you use weight rules.
- Zone: confirm the destination country or state belongs to the zone you expect.
- Test cart: confirm it actually falls inside the option’s price or weight range.
Regional carrier integrations
Hostinger’s setup guide lists integrations that depend on the store’s country. Availability can change, so confirm what your account shows.

- Baltic stores: LP Express for Lithuania, plus Omniva and DPD Pickup for Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia (parcel-shop methods).
- Indian stores: Shiprocket, to book shipments and generate labels from Store Manager.
These are optional regional features. You don’t need them to sell with flat or conditional rates.
Test before launch
Check each of these with test carts:
- A domestic address.
- Each enabled zone.
- Carts just below, exactly at, and just above every price or weight threshold.
- Weight-based carts that include product variations.
Also review your checkout settings. Hostinger says you can link terms, privacy, and refund pages there. It also says the checkout page’s structure, layout, and design can’t currently be edited. This article summarizes Hostinger’s documentation and does not report a hands-on test of the interface. Labels and limits may change.
