If Hostinger AI Builder’s agentic-mode preview is blank, white, stuck loading, or showing an error, try Ask to Fix once if the preview offers it. If that attempt fails, stop repeating the same request. Instead, collect the failed network request and recent Console errors, then send Hostinger AI Builder a new message with those details and the steps that reproduce the problem. Hostinger’s guide describes this troubleshooting path, but does not promise a single fix for every blank screen.
Try the in-preview fix once

If the fix succeeds, check the preview again and repeat the action that originally exposed the problem.

If it fails, do not submit the identical request again. Hostinger warns that repeating it can introduce more errors or break other parts of the site.
Collect details from Network and Console
Browser developer tools can help turn a blank preview into a report Hostinger can investigate. The steps below follow Hostinger’s instructions; menu names may vary slightly by browser.

Open the site preview, right-click in it, and choose Inspect.

Open the Network panel, then repeat the action that causes the preview problem.

Find the failed request and record its URL, request payload, and response text.

Open Console and copy the most recent error logs as text.

Send a new message to Hostinger AI Builder. Describe the exact steps that reproduce the issue, what you expected, what happened instead, and include the Network and Console details you collected.
Keep the report specific: “the preview is broken” gives less to investigate than a sequence of actions plus the failed request and error output.
Check whether Hostinger reports a service incident
Check Hostinger’s status page for the AI Builder agentic mode, Editor, Preview, and User sites. When checked on October 5, 2026, those components were listed as operational. The page also showed a September 29, 2026 AI Builder disruption as resolved. Status is a useful clue, not a project diagnosis: an operational listing does not rule out a site-specific problem, and a past incident does not establish the cause of a current blank preview.

If the diagnostic details do not resolve the issue, consider restoring the project to a previous stable state. Hostinger presents this as a way to avoid further complications, not as a guaranteed fix. Choose a state you recognize as working and consider what changes you may lose before restoring.
What is known about blank-preview fixes
Hostinger’s current agentic-mode troubleshooting guide focuses on responding to errors detected in preview, including failed network requests and script errors. It does not provide a guaranteed remedy for every entirely blank screen. The guide was marked “Updated 2 weeks ago” when accessed, but did not show an exact update date. No published blank-preview frequency, fix success rate, or resolution time was stated in the reviewed official support and status pages, so there is no sound basis for estimating how often this workflow will work or how long a fix should take.
