To change the order of products in Hostinger AI Builder, open your store manager, go to Products → Categories → All products → Edit, drag products into the order you want, and save. You can also reorder products within an individual category.

Open the store manager

Hostinger documents different entry points depending on how you manage your website:

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

  • Manual mode: Go to Websites → Edit website → Online store → Manage store.
  • Agentic mode: Open Ecommerce in the top navigation.

Store management requires an active Ecommerce subscription, according to Hostinger’s store-management guide.

Reorder all products or one category

Change the order across all products

  1. In the store manager, go to Products → Categories → All products → Edit.
  2. Drag and drop products into the preferred order.
  3. Save your changes. Hostinger says the new order appears in product sections on your website. See its product-management instructions.

Change the order within a category

Open the relevant category and use the same drag-and-drop method to arrange its products, then save. Hostinger describes this category-level ordering in its guide to product categories.

If the storefront order does not match

  • Check the product section’s scope. A product-list section can display all products or a selected category. Confirm it is set to the list you reordered; see Hostinger’s section-editing guide.
  • Publish manual-mode changes. Hostinger says unpublished changes will not appear on the live site. Its product troubleshooting guide also recommends checking that the product is saved and Active, and that the page has a product section.
  • Check product visibility. Inactive products are not accessible through the public storefront or their direct product pages, according to Hostinger’s product-visibility guide.

Hostinger’s reorder instructions say to save the new order but do not give a specific live-update time. Its agentic-mode documentation discusses updating products through AI chat, but does not specifically establish chat as a reliable way to reorder them; use the documented store-manager workflow for this task.

Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on Amazon at the time of purchase will apply.
