Hostinger AI Builder: How to Add a Subscription Form in Manual Mode

Use Hostinger AI Builder’s Subscription form element or section template to collect subscribers, configure form behavior and manage entries in the builder.

In Hostinger AI Builder’s manual mode, add a built-in subscription form by dragging the Subscription form element onto a page, or insert it as a section template. Select the form and choose Edit form to configure its fields, submit button and post-submission response.

Add the built-in subscription form

  1. Add the form element: In the manual-mode editor, open the Elements panel and drag Subscription form onto the page where you want it.
  2. Or add a section template: Click Add section on the boundary between sections, select Subscription form, choose a template and insert it.
  3. Configure the form: Select the form and open Edit form. You can rename the form; add, edit, remove or reorder fields; set fields as required; and change the submit button’s text and position. Supported field types are short answer, paragraph, single choice and multiple choice.
  4. Set what happens after submission: Choose a thank-you message or redirect visitors to a page on your site. You can also adjust the form’s style and animation.

Hostinger’s manual-mode guide describes this feature as a way to collect newsletter subscribers. For general questions from visitors, Hostinger documents a separate contact form.

View and manage submissions

Hostinger says form submissions trigger a notification to the email address linked to your Hostinger account. To review entries, open Form submissions in the builder. You can export selected submissions as a CSV file or delete entries there.

Embed a third-party form

If you use a provider such as Mailchimp, MailerLite or Omnisend, Hostinger’s guide says to add the provider’s form using custom code in the website’s head or body. Follow the provider’s current instructions for the correct code and placement; the exact steps depend on the integration.

Use a Hostinger Reach form

For a form created in Reach, add the Reach form element in the builder, select the form, then update the website. If it does not appear on the live site, Hostinger advises checking that the form is activated, the intended form is selected and the website has been updated—not just previewed. See Hostinger’s Reach form instructions.

Set up automated follow-up emails

A form can collect submissions without an email automation setup. Hostinger’s automation guide says automated follow-up requires an active paid Reach plan and is available on Reach 500 and higher plans. The guide also describes connecting the website through Reach integrations so forms can sync to Reach. Because plan names and eligibility can change, check Reach’s current terms before depending on automation.
