For Hostile Waters: Antaeus Rising on PC, the documented cheat method is to start the game with -setusupthebomb, open the in-game console with F8, enter a code, then press F8 again. The available references document unit invulnerability, expanded build access, and an energy cheat—but do not establish a separate code that directly unlocks every weapon.
How to enable cheats in Hostile Waters on PC
- Start the game with the command-line parameter
-setusupthebomb. - During gameplay, press F8 to open the console.
- Enter a code exactly as shown below. The GameFAQs listing says codes are case-sensitive.
- Press F8 again to close the console and resume play.

Does Hostile Waters have an unlock-all-weapons cheat?
The available code references do not establish a distinct command that directly unlocks all weapons. The closest documented options are buildall 1, which expands build access or removes restrictions, and filthylucre 1, which supplies eJ/energy and allows building. One GameFAQs contributor says buildall also refills the ship’s main guns and soul catcher chips, but that additional effect is not consistent enough across the references to treat as a universal weapon unlock.

Steam launch-option workaround
A Steam community guide describes a workaround for getting the launch parameter working with a Steam PC installation. It is user-provided guidance, and its compatibility with current game versions and operating systems has not been established.

-setusupthebombas the game’s Steam launch option. - Back up
HostileSetup.exe, then delete the original from the game folder. - Duplicate
HostileWaters.exeand rename the duplicate toHostileSetup.exe. - Launch the game normally from Steam and use the F8 console procedure.
The guide says to use Steam’s file verification to recover if the file changes cause problems. Because this replaces an executable and is not an official or guaranteed fix, avoid it unless the standard launch option does not work and you are prepared to restore the game files. Steam Community guide
