1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsHostArmada’s Dedicated CPU service offers three cloud/private-server tiers with dedicated CPU allocations, cPanel & WHM, and managed hosting features. The plans may suit resource-hungry sites that want provider management, but the introductory price is not the long-term price: the displayed monthly renewal rates are substantially higher. A HostAdvice reviewer reported strong CPU scaling and near-gigabit network results on one Lift Off server, alongside weaker random disk I/O; those results are useful evidence, not a performance guarantee.
What HostArmada means by “Dedicated CPU”
HostArmada labels this service “Cloud / Private Server / CPU Optimized,” rather than identifying it as a traditional bare-metal dedicated server. The pricing page lists root access as on-demand, so customers should confirm what administrative access is available and when it can be enabled. The product is best evaluated as managed hosting with a listed CPU allocation, not assumed to be a bare-metal machine.

All three tiers include cPanel & WHM, free SSL for all domains, five free cPanel accounts, 20 free website transfers, unlimited websites, and a seven-day money-back guarantee. HostArmada also lists 24/7/365 live server monitoring. The plan page and its terms can change; check the HostArmada Dedicated CPU pricing page for the current offer and confirm details at checkout.

| Plan | CPU | RAM | Storage | Bandwidth | Displayed promotional price | Displayed regular/renewal price |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lift Off | 4 AMD EPYC cores | 8 GB | 160 GB NVMe | 5 TB | $79.90/month | $163.90/month |
| Low Orbit | 8 AMD EPYC cores | 16 GB | 320 GB NVMe | 6 TB | $112.08/month | $229.90/month |
| High Orbit | 16 AMD EPYC cores | 32 GB | 640 GB NVMe | 7 TB | $176.43/month | $361.90/month |
Each step doubles the listed cores, RAM, and NVMe capacity, while bandwidth rises by 1 TB. The regular monthly figure is the more useful basis for deciding whether a plan fits a continuing budget: for example, Lift Off is displayed at $79.90/month promotionally and $163.90/month at renewal. Verify the checkout term, renewal rate, and current plan availability before ordering.
What the independent performance test shows
HostAdvice’s reviewer tested a Lift Off server in Frankfurt with an AMD EPYC 7413 24-core processor, four allocated cores, 8 GB RAM, 160 GB NVMe storage, and AlmaLinux 9.7. The results below belong to that reviewer’s configuration and test period, not to every HostArmada plan or location.

| Measure | HostAdvice reviewer result | What it does and does not establish |
|---|---|---|
| CPU, single-thread | 1,594.61 events/second | Reported result for the tested Lift Off server; it is not a guarantee for application performance. |
| CPU, multi-thread | 6,334.65 events/second; 99.3% calculated scaling efficiency | Shows strong scaling in that test, not a prediction for every workload. |
| Network | 935 Mbit/s download and 928.53 Mbit/s upload | Reviewer’s measured throughput; not a bandwidth or uptime guarantee. |
| Disk, sequential read | 2,316.72 MiB/s | Sequential result from the reviewer’s test. |
| Disk, random read/write | 48.41 MiB/s read and 32.27 MiB/s write | The review identified random I/O as a relative weak point, relevant to database-heavy activity. |
| Five-minute stress test | No failures reported | A short test observation, not evidence that downtime cannot occur. |
The benchmark indicates that the tested allocation delivered strong CPU scaling and network throughput in HostAdvice’s test. It does not establish how a particular store, database, or busy site will behave under its own request patterns. The random-I/O results deserve particular attention for ecommerce, database-heavy applications, and other write-intensive workloads. HostAdvice recommends testing those workloads under their own conditions. Read the HostAdvice review and test details for its methodology and context.

Management, access, and included services
HostAdvice describes the service as fully managed and lists cPanel/WHM, on-request root access, weekly backups, Softaculous, Imunify360, monitoring, and migration. The official plan table directly confirms cPanel & WHM, on-demand root access, 24/7/365 live server monitoring, and up to 20 free website transfers. Treat the other inclusions as HostAdvice’s description unless HostArmada confirms them for the specific plan and current contract.

For an agency or multi-site operator, the five free cPanel accounts are a specific limit to account for even though the plans list unlimited websites. Confirm whether additional accounts incur charges, what the free transfer allowance covers, and which tasks remain the customer’s responsibility. “Managed” does not by itself define the boundary for application troubleshooting, custom server changes, or root-level administration.

Lift Off: a lower-cost entry point
Lift Off provides four listed cores, 8 GB RAM, 160 GB NVMe, and 5 TB bandwidth. It is the tier most directly supported by the cited HostAdvice test. Consider it when the workload needs a larger managed allocation than a typical entry-level hosting package, but check the renewal rate and test database or write-heavy behavior before committing.

Low Orbit: more headroom for concurrent work
Low Orbit doubles Lift Off’s listed cores, memory, and storage, with 6 TB bandwidth. It may be a better fit when measured workload demand shows that the smaller allocation is constrained, or when several resource-intensive sites share the server. The supplied test evidence does not demonstrate Low Orbit’s performance specifically.
The Tool Desk
Outbyte Driver Updater FREEScan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Outbyte PC Repair FREEClear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →High Orbit: the largest listed allocation
High Orbit lists 16 cores, 32 GB RAM, 640 GB NVMe, and 7 TB bandwidth. It is the largest of these three configurations, but a larger tier is not automatically the right fix for slow queries or storage contention. Determine whether CPU, memory, disk I/O, or application design is the actual bottleneck before paying for more resources.
How to judge whether the price is justified
Compare the recurring cost with the resources and management you will actually use, rather than treating the promotional figure as the expected long-term bill. HostArmada lists a seven-day money-back guarantee, which is a short window for meaningful testing; use it to verify access and representative workload behavior promptly, and confirm the applicable terms before purchase.
- Compare the renewal rate and billing term with other options, not only the displayed promotional monthly amount.
- Check that CPU and memory allocations meet the application’s actual needs; the product page lists tier allocations but does not establish performance for every workload.
- For database or ecommerce use, seek random-I/O evidence or run representative tests, because the HostAdvice Lift Off review found random I/O weaker than its sequential read result.
- Confirm data-center location, bandwidth terms, backup scope, security coverage, and the management boundary directly with the provider.
- For agency use, include cPanel account limits, migration scope, and any additional account costs in the comparison.
- Compare the refund period with the time required to migrate and test safely.
What customer reviews can tell you
At the time accessed in 2026, HostArmada’s Trustpilot profile showed 1,125 reviews and a 4.8 TrustScore. The displayed distribution was 95% five-star, 2% four-star, less than 1% each for three- and two-star, and 2% one-star; figures may change. These are self-selected public reviews, and sampled comments include general hosting or shared-plan experiences, so they do not establish typical results for Dedicated CPU customers. HostAdvice also includes a customer comment dated October 5, 2026 praising support response speed; that comment is anecdotal, separate from its reviewer’s benchmark. See the Trustpilot HostArmada profile for the changing review snapshot and the HostAdvice review for its customer-comment context.
