The HONOR Play 10 (also written Play10) is an entry-level, 4G-only smartphone with a 6.74-inch HD+ TFT-LCD, a MediaTek Helio G81 processor, Android 15 (Go edition), a 13MP rear camera, a 5MP front camera, and a 5000mAh typical battery. It supports microSD expansion. Memory, storage, colours and launch pricing differ by market, so the figures below are taken from HONOR Philippines’ specification page unless another source is named.

Display: what the numbers do and do not tell you
A 6.74-inch panel at 1600 × 720 gives a wide screen with a relatively low pixel count. HONOR’s specification page does not list a refresh rate or peak brightness, so neither should be assumed. The 6.74-inch figure is also a nominal diagonal, which is why HONOR points out that the visible area is a little smaller.

Memory and storage by market
The Play 10 is not sold with one fixed memory configuration worldwide. Two sources list different options, and neither establishes which configuration is available where you live.

If you are comparing listings, match the RAM and storage pair exactly. A 3GB model and a 4GB model are different products even when the rest of the sheet is identical.

Expanding storage with a microSD card
HONOR advertises external storage up to 1TB, and GSMArena reports the same limit at launch. The slot arrangement is the part that needs checking, because the sources do not describe whether the card shares space with a SIM.
- Open the product page for your country and find the storage section.
- Confirm the maximum card capacity and whether the tray accepts two SIM cards plus a card, or whether the card takes the place of one SIM.
- Choose a microSD card within the stated limit. Check the card’s capacity on the packaging before buying.
- After inserting the card, go to Settings > Storage and confirm the card appears as available storage. If it does not, power the phone off, reseat the card and tray, and restart.
Cameras
The rear camera is a 13MP main sensor at f/2.2, and the front is a 5MP sensor at f/2.2. Both record video up to 1080p. The rear camera also offers up to 4× digital zoom, which is interpolated detail rather than optical reach. Megapixel counts do not indicate image quality, and no independent camera test of this model was available from the sources cited here, so the camera specifications should be read as the maker’s stated capabilities only.

Battery and charging
HONOR lists a 5000mAh typical capacity and a 4900mAh rated capacity for the non-removable battery. The phone charges over a wired connection at up to 5V/2A, which is 10W. Charging time and battery life have not been measured in any source cited here, so neither should be taken from the capacity figure alone. Expect the battery to be replaceable only through service, since it is non-removable.

Connectivity and network support
According to the GSMArena launch report, the Play 10 is a 4G-only phone with Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), Bluetooth 5.1, and no NFC. It does not support 5G, and NFC-based payments or transit cards will not work. Supported 4G bands vary by country, and the sources here do not list them. Check the band list on your local HONOR page with your carrier before buying, particularly if you plan to move between networks.

Audio
The 3.5mm jack supports FM radio and standard wired headphones. HONOR’s Philippines overview describes it this way: “3.5mm jack supports FM radio and all your classic headphones for uninterrupted, high-quality audio.” That is marketing copy from the manufacturer, not an independent audio assessment.
Colours and launch context
HONOR Philippines lists Midnight Black and Ocean Cyan. GSMArena announced the phone on 8 September 2025 as an entry-level 4G device running Android Go. Beebom reports the same 8 September 2025 date for its China launch and a China launch price of ¥899. That price applies to the Chinese market at launch only. It is not a current price in any other country.

What is not established
- Battery life and charging duration from an independent test.
- Benchmark or gaming performance on the Helio G81.
- Camera quality in real shooting conditions.
- Current local price, warranty terms and availability.
- Software update policy and how long the phone will receive Android updates.
- Country-specific carrier band support.
HONOR also states that product data can vary by batch and use conditions, so treat the figures above as nominal specifications.

- Check the microSD maximum and the SIM and card tray arrangement.
