What Steam Deck Verified means
Valve describes a Verified game as one that “works great on Steam Deck, right out of the box.” Its compatibility assessment covers several practical aspects of using a game on the handheld:

Start with the genre column to narrow the selection to what you want to play, then use the review label and count as a dated snapshot of Steam users’ response. Those measures describe player sentiment and volume, not whether a particular game suits your tastes.

For current price, availability and compatibility status, check each game’s Steam store listing before buying. Steam’s Steam Deck Verified search is a live catalogue rather than a fixed ranking, so its results may differ as listings and compatibility assessments change.
