The product pages do not provide enough geometry or rider-height information to establish which Y5 Plus variant will fit a particular rider. Try the cycle in person or ask a dealer to confirm sizing and fit rather than treating “Standard” or “29 inch” as a complete fit guide.

What the range and charging claims mean
Hero Lectro quotes different ranges for pedal-assist and throttle use: 55–60 km in PAS and 50–55 km in throttle mode. The company does not establish on the cited product page what a particular rider will achieve in everyday conditions. Actual distance can vary with factors such as rider and cargo load, route, stops, assistance setting, riding style and battery condition; plan around your own route and retain a margin rather than relying on the maximum claim.
The listed charging time is 5–6 hours. Hero Lectro says its e-cycles support Pedal, Pedelec, Cruise and Throttle modes, and that the Y5 Plus is among models with detachable batteries. The company describes separate battery charging as a general convenience of removable batteries; confirm the supplied charging instructions and setup for this model.

Warranty, returns and service access
The Y5 Plus product page states two years of comprehensive warranty on the motor and battery, one year on electrical components, and six months on wear-and-tear parts. It also lists a seven-day return window after delivery. The exact exclusions, claim requirements and return eligibility should be checked in the written policy that applies to your order.
Hero Lectro’s support FAQ says owners can approach the purchasing dealership or an authorized dealership and provides contact routes for warranty questions and breakdown support. Its general FAQ wording does not fully match the component-by-component periods on the Y5 Plus page, so use the model-specific written warranty and confirm the local claim process before purchase.
