The list depends on your platform. GameTrek’s roadmap, updated October 10, 2026, reports 45 trophies on PS5. Steam lists 69 achievements. A secondary Games.gg guide reports 45 Xbox achievements, but that count has not been independently confirmed against a primary Xbox list.

Are any trophies missable?
Yes. PowerPyx and GameTrek describe the campaign as linear and report no Chapter Select. Story trophies may unlock as you progress, but optional conditions and collectibles can be missed when you move on. Keep a manual save and use a checklist to track each objective rather than assuming you can revisit an earlier chapter later.

PowerPyx reported at launch that two shop-related trophies could stop tracking if players did not earn them at the first shop. That is a dated third-party report, not confirmation of a current bug: its present status has not been established here. If you are pursuing every trophy, consider completing shop-related requirements at the first opportunity and check current platform and game patch information.
Do you need two playthroughs for the Platinum?
The ending trophies are tied to separate endings. GameTrek says you can earn them across two runs or reload a save made before the final choice. To avoid replaying the campaign for the other ending, make a manual save before that choice and keep it until you have confirmed both trophies.

Track each category as you explore. Because the game reportedly has no Chapter Select, leaving an area or advancing the story without collecting an item may mean replaying the campaign to get it.

What is Hellraiser: Revival, and where can you play it?
Saber describes Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival as a first-person action horror survival game in which Aidan uses the Genesis Configuration to help Sunny escape the Labyrinth. Saber’s official site labels the game “OUT NOW.” The PS5 and PC launch date was October 8, 2026; the PlayStation Blog announced that date for PS5, and Steam lists it for PC.
