Which chip is faster in benchmarks?
NanoReview’s displayed aggregates favor the Exynos 1330 in both AnTuTu 11 and Geekbench 6:

These are NanoReview’s publisher-reported figures on its chip comparison page, not results from a controlled test for this article. A separate 91mobiles Helio G91 benchmark page reports results from real-world testing of phones using the chip: 265,150 in AnTuTu and 412/1,448 in Geekbench 6 single-core/multi-core. The difference illustrates why scores from separate handsets and sources should not be treated as interchangeable. Phone model, benchmark version, cooling, firmware and sample selection can all affect results.

Does the Helio G91 support 5G?
No. MediaTek specifies LTE connectivity for the Helio G91, including LTE Cat-7 downlink and Cat-13 uplink. The Exynos 1330 includes sub-6GHz 5G. If 5G is a requirement, the Exynos 1330 has the clear advantage, but a phone’s supported bands and regional configuration still matter; check the exact handset’s specifications before buying.
What do the CPU and GPU specifications mean for gaming?
CPU
The Exynos 1330’s two Cortex-A78 performance cores are a newer, higher-tier design than the Helio G91’s two Cortex-A75 cores. Both chips also use six Cortex-A55 cores. This architecture difference aligns with the Exynos 1330’s lead in the cited Geekbench 6 results, especially single-core, but it does not predict performance in every app or phone.

The Helio G91 uses a Mali-G52 MC2 GPU and the Exynos 1330 a Mali-G68. The available comparison does not establish a controlled, same-phone gaming result, so it cannot support a reliable frame-rate prediction. Actual gaming performance depends on the handset’s cooling, power limits, software and the game’s settings as well as the GPU.

Chip specifications describe supported capabilities, not necessarily the components a manufacturer installs. MediaTek lists LPDDR4X memory up to 8GB and eMMC 5.1 storage for the G91; NanoReview lists LPDDR5 and UFS 2.2/UFS 3.1 for the Exynos 1330. Verify the RAM and storage type of the specific phone, since these affect how quickly it loads apps and handles multitasking.

Both platforms list support for imaging up to 108MP, but that ceiling does not mean every phone using the chip has a 108MP sensor or the same photo quality. Sensor choice, lenses, image processing and the manufacturer’s implementation matter. The Exynos 1330 supports Samsung-listed 4K/30fps recording, while the comparison lists the G91 at up to 2K/30fps; confirm the recording modes offered by the exact phone.

- Choose a phone with the Exynos 1330 if you need 5G or want the stronger CPU architecture and the better benchmark results shown by the cited aggregates.
- Consider a Helio G91 phone if 4G is sufficient and the complete handset suits your needs. The chip’s specifications alone do not establish a phone’s value or day-to-day experience.
- Compare actual phones before deciding: check price, software-update support, battery life, display, storage, cameras and sustained thermal performance. Those can matter more to your experience than a chipset comparison.
