How is Deluxe different from the Phantom preorder skin?
The Phantom Michael Myers skin is a separate digital preorder bonus, not part of the Deluxe Upgrade. The publisher’s FAQ says it would not be available for purchase after the preorder period. What is free in the October update?
The same announcement lists the Tower Farm map, features and fixes, and quality-of-life work as free for people who own the game. The map is not one of the paid character or cosmetic packs. The publisher’s announcement quotes IllFonic Chief Creative Officer Jared Gerritzen describing Tower Farm as a wide-open setting tied to the first event in Haddonfield, with darkness offering the only place to hide. Are the physical editions DLC packs?
No. The PS5 and Xbox Series X physical Standard Edition and Limited Collector’s Edition are base-game editions on disc, not separate DLC packs. The publisher’s physical-editions page lists an October 6, 2026 launch, with the Standard Edition at $39.99 USD and the Limited Collector’s Edition at $149.99 USD. Physical editions include certain cosmetics for advance access, but the publisher says those cosmetics can also be unlocked by completing in-game challenges.
