OneStream Live: what the official materials establish
Prerecorded streaming and scheduling
OneStream Live describes uploading prerecorded video, arranging playlists, choosing destinations, and scheduling streams. Its help center says prerecorded streams can be scheduled up to 60 days in advance. Advanced scheduling is supported on Standard and higher plans. Its looping instructions say a video can be set to repeat up to 60 times during one broadcast. These are separate functions: repeating a video a set number of times does not itself establish that an indefinite 24/7 run is included on a particular plan.
Dedicated 24/7 YouTube mode and price conflict
OneStream Live’s dedicated 24/7 help article, last updated September 3, 2026, says: “24/7 streaming is exclusive to YouTube and requires an Enterprise plan.” It describes scheduling a run for up to 30 days. The pricing page, accessed October 3, 2026, separately says: “Run a 24-hour YouTube stream for only $30/month.” The sources do not explain the relationship between that offer and the Enterprise requirement. Do not assume the $30 price removes the Enterprise requirement or covers every 30-day scheduling case.

Free plan limits
OneStream Live’s help article, last updated August 24, 2026, states that its free plan is available indefinitely, but prerecorded streams are limited to 15 minutes, maximum resolution is 720p, uploaded-media storage is 1 GB, and playlist streaming is unavailable. Those limits make it unsuitable for validating a long continuous playlist workflow.

How to compare them for your channel
- Set the destination and run pattern. Decide whether you need a YouTube-only continuous stream, scheduled individual broadcasts, one repeating file, or a rotating playlist. For OneStream Live’s dedicated 24/7 feature, the documented destination is YouTube only.
- Count the streams you need at the same time. If running several broadcasts concurrently, compare that requirement with Gyre’s published HD and 4K capacity per tier. Do not treat a stream-count allowance as a promise of audience size or performance.
- Check playlist and scheduling access. Gyre Start does not list either feature; Start+ and PRO+ do. OneStream’s advanced scheduling is documented for Standard and higher plans, while its dedicated 24/7 article says Enterprise is required.
- Measure your media against storage and quality limits. Gyre publishes storage by plan. OneStream’s cited free-plan limits are 1 GB and 720p; the reviewed sources do not settle every paid-tier storage or quality limit. - Review rights and YouTube policy before scheduling. Make sure you have rights to every video, song, image, and other included material. A stream service’s ability to loop a file does not grant permission to use it or guarantee that YouTube will accept it.

Gyre’s displayed paid tiers are monthly subscriptions, with its trial listed as seven days. OneStream Live’s pricing-page offer for a 24-hour YouTube stream is $30/month, but its help article’s Enterprise requirement leaves the total cost and eligibility uncertain. Treat those as different published statements, not a settled comparison.
