Rockstar’s current store listing gives November 19, 2026 as the release date. From October 4 to November 19 is 46 calendar days when counting the days between the dates, not counting October 4 itself. The store page also lists preload availability beginning November 12.

That date differs from Take-Two’s May 6, 2025 announcement, which gave May 26, 2026 as the planned release date. The May date is an earlier announcement and has been superseded by Rockstar’s current listing.
What platforms and editions are officially listed?
- PlayStation: PlayStation’s official product page lists PS5 and PS5 Pro availability and says the game will not be playable on PS4. Its US store page lists Standard Edition at $79.99 and Ultimate Edition at $99.99; those are current US-store prices, not worldwide pricing.
- Xbox: Rockstar’s store listing includes Xbox Series X|S.
- PC: No PC version has been announced in the official material reviewed here. That does not establish whether a PC version will be announced later.

Does the physical edition include a disc?
No. Rockstar Support says the physical version will be available, but the box contains a download code rather than a game disc. Rockstar’s support page expects retailer shipping and pickup to begin November 12. For PlayStation purchases, match the code’s region to the region of the account that will redeem it.
