Google has not confirmed a Google Health 5.10 rollout in the official release information available here. The latest documented release is version 5.09 for Android and iOS, announced September 25, 2026; Google said it would reach users in phases over the following week, depending on carrier and device. Google’s 5.09 announcement does not establish whether 5.10 has since been announced or what it would include.
Is Google Health 5.10 rolling out?
A 5.10 rollout is not verified by the available official release information. Google’s documented announcement is for version 5.09 on both Android and iOS, dated September 25, 2026. It names Health Guardian as the new feature area and says the rollout would proceed in phases over the following week, depending on carrier and device. That phased schedule applies to 5.09; it does not confirm 5.10.

Because Google’s announcement describes a staged rollout, users may not receive 5.09 at the same time. The announcement does not give a separate date for each carrier or device, and it cannot establish current availability of a later version.
What did the documented 5.09 release include?
Google’s September 25 release post describes Health Guardian features beginning to roll out for Pixel Watch 3, Pixel Watch 4, and Pixel Watch 5 users. It says Pixel Watch users could set up the new features in the Android release and receive their first monthly health summary at the beginning of October. These details belong to the 5.09 announcement, not to an unverified 5.10 release. Read Google’s 5.09 release announcement.

What the earlier 5.04 release tells us—and what it does not
Google’s July 16, 2026 announcement documented version 5.04 for Android and iOS. It described nutrition changes: creating, editing, deleting, and searching custom foods, plus logging calorie and macronutrient estimates without selecting a named food. Those features were attributed to 5.04 and should not be treated as a preview or feature list for 5.10. Google’s 5.04 release announcement.
