Reports of repeat troubleshooting and delayed follow-up
In a January 2026 Google Fi Community post, one customer said they had waited for promised supervisor follow-ups and had to repeat the issue. In an April 2026 Reddit post, another customer described multiple support contacts and repeated troubleshooting for a phone-service problem, with no lasting resolution at the time of posting. These accounts have not been independently verified.
Experiences are not uniformly negative
Other posts from 2025–2026 include at least one reported positive experience as well as negative ones. Because people who post online are self-selected, these examples cannot establish how common any type of experience is or whether customer sentiment is trending in one direction.

What can these reports tell you—and what can’t they?
