No native Android version is listed in Google’s Antigravity setup documentation. Google lists downloads for macOS, Windows, and Linux. You can, however, use a phone’s web browser to connect to an Antigravity session running on another machine through Remote Control. That’s browser-based access to a remote session, not an Android IDE app.
Is Google Antigravity available on Android?
Google’s getting-started documentation lists macOS, Windows, and Linux as supported desktop platforms; Android is not included. The documentation does not say that Android support is impossible or will never arrive. It simply does not list a native Android IDE.

The supported desktop requirements listed by Google are:
- macOS: macOS 12 (Monterey) or later, on a version that still receives Apple security updates. x86 is unsupported.
- Windows: Windows 10, 64-bit.
- Linux: glibc 2.28 or later and glibcxx 3.4.25 or later. Google gives Ubuntu 20, Debian 10, Fedora 36, and RHEL 8 as examples.
Can you use Antigravity from your phone?
Yes, through Remote Control in a web browser—but the Antigravity session runs on another machine. Google describes connecting to sessions on laptops, servers, and desktops, where you can monitor progress, review changes, and execute commands while away from the work machine. The remote workspace and environment remain on that machine.

In its August 21, 2026 announcement, “Antigravity anywhere with Remote Control,” The Antigravity Team wrote: “With Antigravity, we now let you carry the agents with you as you move, ensuring you’re no longer tied to a single physical workstation to accomplish your work.” The post also describes push notifications when an agent needs input and includes a phone notification example.
Google’s description establishes a browser-based design and shows a mobile notification; it does not establish compatibility guarantees for every phone or mobile browser. Nor does it mean the IDE is installed on the phone.

Is the Antigravity app in Google Play the same product?
No. The Google Play listing named “Antigravity” describes an A1 drone companion app for flight controls, 360-degree imaging, editing, and media management. That listing is not Google’s developer IDE.

Google’s FAQ says Antigravity is currently available to personal Google Accounts in approved geographies, is unavailable to users under 18, and recommends trying a Gmail address if Workspace authentication causes trouble. These access conditions can change, so check the FAQ for the current rules.

The same FAQ says third-party software, tools, or services used to access Antigravity violate its Terms of Service and may result in account suspension or termination. It points people seeking third-party coding agents that use Gemini toward Gemini Enterprise or Google AI Studio API keys instead. Do not treat unofficial phone-access bridges as Google-supported Antigravity access.

What to do if you want to work from Android
- Install Antigravity on a supported desktop or server. Check Google’s platform requirements for the operating system and system prerequisites.
- Start the session on that machine. The IDE and its workspace run there, not as a native Android installation.
- Use Remote Control in a phone browser. Google describes browser-based connections to sessions on other machines; consult its Remote Control announcement for the feature description and availability details.
- Avoid unofficial access tools. Google’s FAQ warns that third-party access software can violate its Terms of Service.
