Without an official PC release or requirements, it is not possible to recommend a PC build specifically for GTA 6 or estimate when a PC version might arrive. If you are choosing hardware for this game now, a gaming PC is the less certain option.
PS5 vs Xbox Series X: which is better for GTA 6?

What should you know before buying GTA 6?
Take-Two Interactive Software’s June 2026 preorder announcement stated a US game price of $79.99. That figure is for the game, not a console, and is a dated US announcement rather than a universal or necessarily current retail price. Check the listing in your region before buying.
