The Galaxy S25 Ultra’s reported benchmark results vary by test and software version. In one 2025 review, it scored 2,123,303 in AnTuTu v10, 3,053 single-core and 9,832 multi-core in Geekbench 6, and 19,266 in PCMark Work 3.0. A second review recorded different Geekbench and PCMark results, so these figures are useful reference points—not guaranteed scores for every S25 Ultra.

What the PCMark subtests show
Android Central also reported these PCMark Work 3.0 workload scores in its 2025 review:

- Web browsing: 20,601
- Video editing: 8,617
- Writing: 28,484
- Photo editing: 32,689
These are separate workload results, not interchangeable measures of overall performance. They help show why a single headline score cannot describe every kind of phone task.

Why published scores differ
Benchmark results depend on the test version, workload, device variant, software and test conditions. Even results bearing the same benchmark name should only be compared when their version and test type match. The Geekbench Android chart contains results across multiple versions, which are not directly interchangeable; its chart is not a substitute for checking an individual run.
#1 Best Overall
- Stunning 6.9″ Dynamic AMOLED 2X QHD+ display with adaptive 1–120 Hz refresh rate, ultra‑bright up to ~2600 nits, HDR support, “Vision Booster,” and adaptive color tone — giving vivid colours, great outdoor visibility, and super‑smooth scrolling.
- Powerful internals: it runs on the new Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy (3 nm) chip, with 12 GB (or in some markets up to 16 GB) RAM and up to 1 TB UFS 4.0 storage — offering significantly improved CPU/GPU/NPU performance, especially for AI tasks, gaming, and heavy multitasking.
- Advanced quad‑camera system: 200 MP wide main sensor, plus a 50 MP ultrawide, a 50 MP periscope telephoto (5× optical zoom), and a 10 MP telephoto (3× optical zoom) — giving flexibility from ultra‑wide through detailed telephoto shots, and strong performance in varied lighting.
- 5,000 mAh battery with 45 W fast wired charging, wireless charging (Qi2) and reverse wireless charging — balancing long battery life with flexible charging options.
- Durable, premium build: Titanium‑frame body, protected by Corning Gorilla Armor 2 glass, with IP68 dust/water resistance, ultrasonic in‑display fingerprint sensor, modern connectivity (5G, Wi‑Fi 7, Bluetooth, UWB, USB‑C), and long‑term software support (Android 15 / One UI 7, promised 7 major OS/security updates).
Geekbench makes the version distinction explicit: “This result is from Geekbench 6, a legacy version of Geekbench, and can only be compared with other Geekbench 6 results.” Its result page recommends Geekbench 7 for testing modern hardware. Do not compare Geekbench 6 scores with Geekbench 7 as if they were the same test.
Which processor and model do these figures describe?
Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Series business specification sheet identifies the S25 Ultra’s processor as Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy. That confirms the platform, not a specific benchmark result: the scores above come from independent reviews and public submissions, rather than an official Samsung score declaration. For the 2026 public Geekbench run, the recorded device is specifically model SM-S938B on Android 16. Samsung’s product page describes platform features, but marketing descriptions are not benchmark measurements.

How to use the numbers when comparing phones
- Compare AnTuTu only with results from the same AnTuTu version.
- Match Geekbench generation and test type: single-core to single-core, or multi-core to multi-core.
- For PCMark, compare the same Work 3.0 overall score or the same named subtest.
- Check whether a result identifies the model and software version; treat a single public submission as one run, not a device-wide average.
- Use benchmarks as workload-specific indicators, not as a stand-alone verdict on everyday responsiveness. They do not guarantee how fast a particular phone will feel in your own use.
The spread across these published figures is a reason to compare like with like, not to average them into an invented official S25 Ultra score.
