- Confirm the platform. Look up the official app listing for your Android or iOS device. A product’s free plan does not, by itself, prove that every feature is available in its phone app.
- Check the exact feature. Read the official help page for the task you want. Some capabilities may be desktop-only, tied to an account, or still rolling out.
