Playground Games has acknowledged feedback about Forza Horizon 6’s post-launch updates and its communication with players, according to a statement quoted by Pure Xbox. The studio said it is looking into future changes, but it did not specify what those changes will be or when they might arrive.

The statement addresses two areas: the content and fixes added after launch, and how frequently the studio communicates with the community. Its wording signals that changes are being considered, not that a specific feature, fix, communication schedule, or release date has been promised. Pure Xbox is the source for the quotation; its report does not identify the original channel where the statement appeared.

Updates mentioned in the report
At the time of Pure Xbox’s report, Horizon Meets was described as the immediate upcoming update, due on the Thursday after publication. The report said it would include a 7-Eleven Car Meet, three cars new to Horizon, a Treasure Car, and other additions. It described the update after that as themed around City Life.
Those were forward-looking details in the October 2026 report, not confirmation here that either update arrived as described. The report did not give an exact release date or final contents for City Life, and Playground Games’ quoted statement did not connect the update plans to a promised remedy for the criticism.
