Refresh CinePlus and restart your device
- Close CinePlus completely, then open it again and retry playback.
- If it still fails, restart the phone, tablet, TV, or streaming device.

Test the internet connection
If CinePlus buffers, loads slowly, or reports no connection, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data if your device supports both. You can also try another Wi-Fi network. On a compatible TV or streaming device
If the device has an Ethernet port, connect it to your router with an Ethernet cable, switch the device’s network setting to wired, and retry playback. This is a way to test whether Wi-Fi is contributing to the problem; it will not fix an app defect or a failed remote stream. Google Play Help
Clear the cache on Android
A damaged or stale cache can contribute to loading trouble. On Android, the general path is Settings > Apps > CinePlus > Storage & cache > Clear cache. Labels and locations can vary by Android version and device; if you do not see those exact names, look for CinePlus’s storage settings under the app’s details.

Choose Clear cache, not an option to clear storage or app data, unless you understand the consequences. Clearing cache is different from deleting app data or reinstalling. Google documents cache clearing as a troubleshooting step for Google TV and Play Movies playback; the CinePlus guide also recommends it for empty lists or sudden stops. Check for updates and available storage
Check whether CinePlus has an update through the same store or distribution source you used to install it. Also check for an operating-system update and make sure the device has enough free storage. Reinstall only after confirming which app you have
If the app remains broken after the checks above, reinstalling may be a later troubleshooting option—but first verify the app’s identity and its legitimate distribution route.
