Verify the exact endpoint and expected artifact against the matching documentation before treating a missing lower section as a capture-setting problem.

Diagnose missing content in a browser capture
For an ordinary viewport screenshot, below-the-fold material is absent by design. A full-page capture is intended to cover more of the document, but it does not guarantee that all page content has rendered. Lazy images, scroll-triggered animations, interaction-gated sections, and virtualized lists can appear only after the page is scrolled or otherwise prompted.

- Confirm the capture mode. Check whether the tool took a viewport image or a full-page image. Use full-page mode only if the desired output is the whole scrollable document.
- Check the rendered page itself. Open the same URL in a browser and inspect the missing section. If it is absent there too, investigate the page’s loading or interaction behavior rather than the screenshot output.
- Trigger deferred rendering. Scroll through the page, interact with controls if needed, and wait for the missing images or sections to appear. A full-page capture should not be assumed to fire every scroll callback.
- Wait for a meaningful condition. Use a page-specific ready condition where your browser tool supports one. A fixed delay alone may be insufficient when loading time varies.
- Capture again and inspect the file. Confirm whether the missing material rendered before capture and whether it appears in the output. This separates a page-rendering issue from a capture-scope issue.
These are general browser troubleshooting steps, not APITemplate.io request settings. The cited APITemplate.io pages do not document a full-page screenshot parameter for an arbitrary webpage.
Check endpoint, version, and region
If the result comes from APITemplate.io, record the exact endpoint and API version, the selected regional endpoint, and the intended output type. The official API documentation lists regional endpoints and operational constraints; capturing this context makes a report reproducible, but the documentation does not say that changing regions fixes below-the-fold omissions.

For a template image, include the template ID and the relevant text or image overrides. For URL-to-PDF, include the public page URL and the relevant request settings. If you are using another browser capture service, include its name and whether the request is for viewport or full-page output. In all cases, describe the missing content and whether it appears when you load and scroll the page directly.

- The intended output type and, for an image-generation request, the template ID.
- A sanitized request showing relevant settings and overrides.
- The page URL or template details, and a description of which content is absent.
- The resulting file or a clear description of its dimensions and visible content.
